We employ a well established company in Orlando to manage our villa. In addition to ensuring the villa fully complies with Florida State licensing requirements for rented accommodation, they ensure the house is maintained in top condition and are on hand in the event you need assistance during your stay. For your convenience, the main door uses an electronic code lock so guests can access the villa without having to drive to a key collection point or worry about contacting the management company if their travel arrangements are running behind schedule.

Rental rates additional information
Rates are for the rental of both homes, dates are very limited, therefore we recommend booking early. Optional pool heating available at additional cost. We take a 25% deposit to hold your dates, if you are travelling within the next 12 weeks then the full amount is payable. For UK bookings payable in Sterling, payments can be taken on debit or credit card, the latter will incur a 2.75% fee.
