On entering the villa, the first sitting area at the front of the home is tastefully decorated in chocolate and natural tones, is very sizeable with a double ended modular leather sofa suite and 2 recliner armchairs, coffee table and cherry wood wide media unit with wall hung 60" TV and speakers. This is a favourite location to sit and recline, with a coffee or a glass of wine and flick through some TV channels or read a magazine. The second Family Room is to the rear of the villa with views overlooking the pool. The similar decor continues and the area features a large leather sofa and 2 recliner armchairs, dark wood media unit, and side tables with lamp lighting and 50" wall hung TV. Canvas and wall art tastefully accent the walls. |

There is a lovely open arch with view and access directly into the kitchen to ensure the favourite cooks of the group are not left out of the family conversation! With views overlooking the pool, the breakfast nook in the kitchen hosts a large ornate table and 4 chairs and is an ideal place to sit and plan the days' family trips over breakfast or enjoy a leisurely lunch in the shade. The Ensuite has a double walk in shower and single sink vanity.
Bedroom 3 - The only bedroom located downstairs in the home. A Queen size bed with views out to the pool area and decor styled with tranquility in mind with a soft, natural colour scheme, contemporary dark wood furnishings, canvas art and 32" flat screen TV. This room neighbours the bathroom downstairs.
Bedroom 4 - A comfortable private sanctuary, hosting a King size bed with pretty wrought iron bedstead, wood furnishings and relaxing cream and neutral decor. A 32" flat screen TV is on the wall for bedtime viewing.
Bedroom 5 (Mickey Room) - A bright and fun Disney themed room located upstairs to the rear with twin cherry wood beds and animation wall art, chest and large walk in closet. There is a 32" TV. An enchanting space for younger children to play and sleep.
