Privately owned Mediterranean-style luxury villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people, in the prestigious WaterSong gated-community near Kissimmee,Orlando and Disney Parks.
 

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

The Master bedroom features an extra large King bed (78ins), en-suite bathroom, tv and patio doors to the lanaii.

The 2nd Bedroom features a Queen size bed (63 ins), en-suite bathroom and tv.

The 3rd and 4th Bedroom are identical twin bedrooms sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom, and each with a tv.
Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

The Master en-suite has his-and-hers wash-basins, walk-in shower and access door to the pool area.

The 2nd en-suite has a single sink, soak-tub with shower.

The Jack-and-Jill bathroom has a single sink and walk-in shower.
Games Room

The garage is converted into a games room with a pool table and air-hockey table. The room is fully carpetted with a pair of soft chairs and drinks table for spectators!
Pool

The pool is a larger than average 30' x 15' so that you can swim rather than just splash. The pool area also has a spa. Water heating for the spa and pool is available.

The pool is south-facing and overlooking a large conservation area. It is not overlooked.
Internet

There is wireless broadband internet access, with network cable for hard-wire connection should the wireless router fail.

There is a cot/play-yard and high-chair in the villa for our little guests.

Rental rates additional information

Rates are the maximum rental rates, including US taxes, excluding pool heat except for Holiday season; payable in £ or € to owners, or $ to Management Company. Dollar and Euro prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations. Discounts may be available for multiple week rentals, late or far-ahead bookings, to fill gaps in our calendar. Rental is generally taken as Saturday to Saturday however other periods may be available. Midweek bookings may incur a surcharge of 15%, stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £55. For a rental requiring the use of the lounge sofa-bed there is an additional charge of £35 per week. The villa is available for occupation from 16:00 on day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Vacating after this time without prior agreement may incur a charge of £100.00.

Excellent

We had a wonderful holiday in Florida over Christmas and the villa had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends. We could not get Thomas (11) out of the pool everyday and it was a great way to relax after a hard day in the theme parks. Following the recommendation of the owner we also went on an Airboat Adventure at Capt. Freds which was the best hour and half spent during the holiday. If you get the chance - www.captfreds.com Plenty of information available to assist us with our plans. If you get the chance book this villa.

Recent Stay

This is an excellent villa with all you would want for your stay in Florida. The specification is very high, the pool area being particularly good, and the location is great for all the theme parks etc. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Orlando area.
