The luxurious living area is spacious, open and light with gorgeous views from 2 sides over Lake Cay. An oversized, leather sectional corner sofa is perfectly placed to enjoy the views over the lake while you enjoy over 100 channels on the 50" wall mounted plasma. The stylish dining table enjoys the changing vista and the occasional bald eagle and is the perfect spot for catching up on emails or checking facebook with one eye on the TV and one on the view.

There is a large walk out patio off the living room, with comfortable easy furniture overlooking Lake Cay and the nightly Seaworld fireworks (weekends only out of season)

The stunning kitchen has everything you might need for a quick snack or breakfast to a full-blown dinner party. Fully equipped with top quality appliances throughout, it is a dream kitchen. Granite counter tops, stainless appliances, full size fridge freezer with ice maker/water chiller built in. Dishwasher and garburator. Top of the line range, built in microwave and coffee maker. Cupboards are stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you might require and you'll find a helpful list of nearby stores from a local supermarket to a world-class wholefood store to stock your fridge and cupboards.

The stylish and roomy dark wood dining table and comfortable upholstered dining chairs enjoy proximity to the open-plan kitchen and the panoramic view over the lake.

There is also a very comfortable queen sized pull-out sofa bed in the den.

The 3 bedrooms all have top quality mattresses and linens plus full or partial lake view. 

The en-suite master bathroom is absolutely vast! Long vanity with his and her washbasins, plenty of cupboard space, WC in half screened area, separate glass enclosed power shower and big, deep bath tub.

The guest bath has a vanity and washbasin, WC and bath with overhead shower.

The Den is a quiet retreat to escape to for a quiet read or a game of scrabble. Stretch out on the L-shaped sectional sofa and enjoy a calm moment after a heavy morning bargain hunting at the nearby Designer Outlet or the Florida Mall.

A huge, heated, infinity pool and children's pool is ideally situated next to lake Cay and just a few steps from your building. Relax on the sun decks, unwind in the hot tub or work up a sweat in the private gym before a quick dip.

On the Patio, enjoy the serene view of Lake Cay with a cooling Mojito or a cold beer. At 10pm you will be wowed by the Seaworld firework display or, if you feel the need to work off last nights excesses you can take a stroll, or a jog, around the lake and refresh yourself in the heated infinity pool or chill in the jaccuzzi while the sun sets over the water.

Free, unlimited wifi is available throughout the property and on the patio.

A pack and play, high chair and baby stroller is available at the condo for your convenience.

Just returned from two weeks holiday at Vista Cay Orlando. The condo was beautiful and very spacious, perfectly suiting everyone's needs - two couples and a child (under two). Both the condo and all communal areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Loved sitting out on the balcony for breakfast looking over the lake and planning the day ahead, then again for a few wee drinks in the evening....bliss! The pool area was very quiet which was ideal after a hectic day at the parks. Great location for access to all Orlando has to offer. Would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Orland.

we stayed at the condo in november over thanksgiving. We travel to orlando very often and stayed at alot of places but i have to say how impressed we were. The condo is very central, much bigger than we expected, clean and not cluttered. I think looking at the future bookings the rate is good and is not overpriced and the communication between the owner and myself was great. I would definately recommend this accomodation to anyone who is looking.

We recently returned from a 14 night stay here and being a frequent visitor to Florida, i can say this was certainly the best accomodation we have stayed in. The condo is spacious, modern, clean and quiet with easy access to all of the parks. Vista-Cay resort is also a great place to relax and spend a day away from the parks. Will definately be visiting again!

Would thoroughly recommend this condo. Very spacious, spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard. Great view of the lake from the balcony. Vista Cay is in an excellent location only a short drive to theme parks, shops and restaurants. Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds.

We stayed at this fantastic condo for three weeks in May 2011. The condo itself is great with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We have two young children and the condo is equipped with travel cot , high chair and stroller. The location of Vista Cay is very central and just a short drive to International Drive.The resort itself is very well maintained, with friendly staff, two beautiful pools and a supermarket just a short walk away. We have stayed in this condo several times over the past few years, it has spoiled us for staying anywhere else. cant recommend it highly enough. we will hopefully be returning again next year.

We spent two weeks in this condo in april this year and it was a fantastic two weeks. The location of the condo is superb, all amenities close by and very close to all the parks. The condo iteslf is beautiful and very spacious. Its furnished to a very high standard and supplied with all the necessities. The owner actually rang us there to see if we were happy within the first few days, excellent service. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday here and we were very sad to leave. We would recommend this beautiful condo and resort to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we will be staying again.

We stayed for 5 nights. Great location, all parks are close and grocery store, restarants are close. Condo was very very clean & well maintained. Will return in the future. Could eaily accomodate more guests - there were 4 in our party

We had a fantastic stay in this condo! It is beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a grocery store just a 2 minute walk, from the condo. It is an easy walk to the Orange County Convention Centre and to many great restaurants. The facilities at the condo complex are second to none! We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family and we would definitely return, on our trips to Orlando. It is almost too nice.....tough to leave to go out.....so very comfortable!

Just back from the condo after an 11 night stay. A beautiful, spacious, safe, comfortable condo, which has fantastic open views to the lake, the sun shines on the balcony from early morning to evening, with all the amenties within it you could need, including a British football channel on the massive tv. Condo is situated just off International Drive and is ideally situated for the shopping outlets at Prime and Premium, Universal and Disney parks and the Golf at Shingle Creek, Grande Pines and the courses at Kissimmee. The golf, shoppping, Universal Studios and restaurants can be easily accessed by using Universal Boulevard rather than the busier I-Drive. Would definately book again.
