Tuscan Ridge Superb 3-Bedroom/2-Bath Luxury Villa

You are spoilt for choice here, as we have two large lounges. Each is supremely comfortable and well-equipped, so there is plenty of room to grab some peace and quiet, or maybe the kids can play with the PS2 in one lounge whilst mum and dad kick back and watch a movie in the other.

The main family room is part of an expansive open-plan area, together with the kitchen and the breakfast nook. Fully tiled for cool comfort and complete practicality, the family room looks out on to the pool area and is superbly bright and airy. Comfortable seating comprises a sofa, love seat and armchair with lots of stylish cushions. There is a ceiling fan for additional cooling, a large plasma TV (with over 250 channels of TV and music), a DVD player and even an extensive DVD collection for you to enjoy.

To the front of the house there is a second lounge providing more comfortable seating and space to relax. This is a great place to chill out with a book or magazine, or perhaps make a call in peace and quiet to friends and family back home to tell them what a fantastic time you are having. Alternatively there is another TV and DVD player here, as well as a PS2 games console with 2 controllers and a big selection of game discs. There is also a huge library of books for you to enjoy during your stay.

The open-plan kitchen looks out into the main family room over an island unit which features the sink (with integrated waste-disposal unit) and a breakfast bar with stools. It also provides a view out to the pool deck.

Extremely well-equipped, there is a cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, double-door fridge-freezer with through-the-door ice and filtered water and small appliances which include a coffee-maker, kettle, toaster and blender. Lots of thought has been given to all the little things, so there is an extensive inventory of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and every other utensil and accessory you could ever want.

Unlike lots of vacation homes, we realize that some guests do wish to cook and cater for the family at home for much of their stay. In our kitchen we have provided everything we can think of to make this genuinely possible.

A separate laundry room provides a full-size washer and dryer, as well as ancillary items such as an iron and ironing board.

You are spoilt for choice for dining options.

Many people take most of their meals al fresco, beside the pool. If this does not take your fancy there is a 4-seat table in the breakfast nook area adjacent to the kitchen which is great for most day-to-day dining requirements. This is supplemented by the breakfast bar to the kitchen where there are two stools.

For more formal or larger dining requirements there is a separate, stylishly-designed and luxurious dining room which seats 6.

The master bedroom is extremely spacious and features a king-size bed with luxury bedding, 2 nightstands and a large dresser with mirror, as well as an enormous walk-in closet, so there is more than adequate storage space for your clothes and belongings. There is a comfortable armchair and ottoman in the corner, a TV and DVD player, a clock/radio/alarm, a ceiling fan and also a telephone for added convenience. The bedroom also leads directly out on to the pool deck through panoramic sliding doors. This bedroom features its own huge, luxurious en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom features a queen bed with stylish, contemporary bedding, 2 nightstands, dresser, mirror and a large closet. It also has its own TV and DVD player and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The third bedroom features two twin beds, nightstand, dresser and a large closet. There is a ceiling fan and also a TV.

The luxurious master en suite bathroom features twin his and hers vanity units located beneath an enormous mirror, a large corner spa-bath which is perfect for soothing away the aches and pains gained from walking miles around a theme park or carrying all those bags from the stores, a huge walk-in shower with upgraded shower head and a separate toilet stall. Luxury towels and a hairdryer are provided.

The family bathroom is conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms and features a bath with shower unit (upgraded shower head), sink and toilet. Luxury towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Our screened pool area (no bugs allowed!) provides plenty of space for soaking up the sun, sitting and relaxing, or dining al fresco. We are not overlooked to the rear or the sides, so privacy levels are very good indeed.

There are four deeply-padded and supremely comfortable loungers for you to enjoy the Florida sunshine, as well as a dining table and four equally comfortable chairs.

The pool is serviced without fail every week and maintained to the highest possible standards. The water is always crystal clear and perfectly balanced chemically, so you can be 100% confident that it is always pristinely ready for you to enjoy. 

The pool can be heated (89F) for an additional daily charge. This would be normal between October and May if you wanted to use the pool during your stay.
 

We provide pool/beach towels in the villa for your convenience, so there is no need to take up valuable baggage allowance by having to bring them with you.

Our meticulously-maintained garden is always pleasing to the eye. We have a larger than average plot and it is serviced every week by our management company, hence it is always in excellent order.

There is a tennis court on the sub-division which is available exclusively to owners and guests.

We provide complimentary high-speed wireless internet access. This is a secure network, log-in details for which are in the villa.

All local calls and calls to the USA and Canada are free. International calls may be made with the use of a calling card, which can be bought virtually anywhere.

We provide complimentary use of a crib, bedding and high chair.
