Tuscan Ridge (Countryside) - 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Home

 Our kitchen is light, modern and airy.  It is part of the Family Room so you are not cut off from everyone but because of the spacious nature of our home it is set back enough to feel a little separate.

I have made sure there is every kitchen utensil you can think of.  I have the same in our Florida home as I do in my kitchen in the UK.

We have an American style fridge with on tap filtered water and ice cube maker.

To the side of the kitchen is a separate Utility Room where the huge American top loader washing machine is along with the tumble dryer.  We also have an iron, ironing board and lots of beach towels stored in there for your convenience.

 We have a formal dining room which seats 6 people, a 'nook' or breakfast table which seats 5 people and an outside deck table which seats 6 people.  There is an extra table in the games room which can be used on deck which will seat another 4 people.

 We have four bedrooms - 2 Master Suites and 2 Twin Bedrooms.

The 1st Master Suite is wonderful, it has a huge Super King Bed, walk in wardrobe and huge Bathroom with a Shower that could fit the family in along with his and her sinks.  This Master also has patio doors directly out onto the pool deck area.  This Master is situated at the front of the villa.

The 2nd Master Suite is at the back of the property, so very separate to the 1st Master Suite.  This Master has a King Size bed with en-suite Bathroom and its own access out onto the Pool Deck area.

Both the Master Suites have 32" Flat Screen LCD TV's with cable television and DVD players.

We have a fun 'Disney' themed bedroom for the younger holiday maker or even the older members of the family!  This bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable television and a DVD player.  The PS2 Games machine is also stored in this bedroom.

Our 4th bedroom has a black and white theme which is striking and very modern.  This bedroom also has a flat screen TV with cable television and a DVD player.

 Master Bathroom:

Our Master Bathroom is beautiful with his 'n' hers sinks and mirror / vanity units. The walk in shower can fit the whole family if you choose to share!!!  The bahthroom is huge, modern and a real treat. A real luxury bathroom.  

2nd Master Bathroom:

This bathroom is spacious and modern and also en-suite with access out onto the pool deck.  In here you will find a large walk in shower, sink with vanity unit and toilet.

3rd Bathroom:

Our 3rd bathroom is conveniently placed between the 3rd and 4th bedrooms making it almost like an en-suite for these bedrooms.  The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, vanity unit, mirror and a toilet. It is also near to the Family room which is very convenient !

Our Games Room is absolutely great, even I like it and I am not a fan of them normally!  We have a slate bed pool table (in red), an Air Hockey table, Electronic Darts and the most incredible Games Machine.  It is an Arcade Machine full of the old favourites such as Pac Man, Space Invaders, Asteroids etc etc.  There are 80 games in total and it is brilliant!!

The room is fully carpeted with huge fans to keep you cool as well as a modern bar table and stools.  It is a really fun room brightly decorated.  It keeps my boys occupied - which is always a good thing!

 Our pool is larger than the normal villa pools - you can swim in ours. The deck is also very spacious.  

We are blessed with having a South West Facing pool and deck area which means we are sunny until the sun sets behind us.  The sunsets from our deck are absolutely lovely!!

We are also very private as our villa is set a few feet higher than the homes behind us and we have hedges all around us.  As we are higher up and are not shaded by  the homes behind us this gives us full sun on our pool and deck right up until sunset which is absolutely lovely.

 The other villas are a very very good distance away from us - you can talk on our pool deck without next door hearing you which is a really big plus point in rental homes!  

 We are so so lucky with our villa - we have a very generous amount of garden all around us which gives us privacy from our neighbours and also the ability to talk on the deck without everyone around listening in to our conversation!  We are very private.  We also have garden areas to the back and front.

 We have a double garage which has our Games Room in.   Our Games Room is fabulous - it is so bright and cheerful.

 We have a computer with high speed wireless internet.  You can take your laptop and access the internet wirelessly or just use our desktop.

 We have a Highchair, 2 pushchairs / strollers and a cot.

An excellent holiday and a wonderful villa. Tuscan ridge is the best location we have stayed at in Orlando area. Villa had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We had two adults, two teenage children, and two young children, and all enjoyed the villa. Shame we did not spend more time there...but the draw of Disney. Julieanne and Mike

This is an excellent holiday home located in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the I-4 and all that Orlando has to offer. The spacious accommodation is of a high standard and fully equipped with everything required for any level of self catering. Although we were a family of 6 adults, the villa afforded each of us sufficient space and privacy when required. The pool area, with its good sized pool, is a real bonus for relaxation or cooling off at any time of day - a memorable moment for us was at 7 a.m. on our first morning when we were surrounded by colourful hot air balloons in a clear blue sky. The villa exceeded all our expectations and our recommendation is unreservedly given. Terri must be commended for her friendly efficiency in all matters relating to our booking and stay.
