Welcome to our newly refurbished luxury executive villa, where you will have everything you would desire to make you vacation one to remember.
After a fun packed yet exhausting day at Disney (6 miles) or Universal (24 miles) you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished Villa.
With 3400 sq/ft of air conditioned space there is plenty of room to accommodate up to 12 guests.
You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom. The kids can have a great time on the PS2 or playing pool in the upstairs den.

The whole villa is fully air conditioned.
The living room and family room both have large flat screen TVs, complete with Blu-ray players.
Cable TV is available on all TVs in the home, and WI FI internet access is available at no extra cost. |

The large fully quiped kitchen comprises of dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice maker.
4 stool breakfast bar.
The Villa has a separate laundry room comprising of Washer, Dryer and Ironing facilities.
There is a plentiful supply of bed linen, bath and pool towels. |

The dining room is part of the large open plan kitchen/family room.
The dining room table seats 8 comfortably with an extra 4 stools aroung the breakfast bar. |

The villa has one huge master suite furnished with a comfy king size bed, large 47in flat screen TV and Blu-ray player. The room is complete with large bathroom and walk in closet.
The other two master bedrooms are complete Queen size beds, bathroom and flat screen TVs.
For guests with restricted mobility one of the master bedrooms is situated on the ground floor.
The master bedrooms are have hairdryers.
The two twin rooms are furnished with 2 single beds, flat screen TV and DVD players. All are close to the upstairs family bathroom.
To accommodate two guests there is also a double sofa bed in the den. |

The air conditioned games room is situated in the 1st Floor Den and comprises of PS2 with games, Pool table with chill out area with pull out sofa bed, bar table and stools.

The Retreat at legacy Park is situated off HWY27; 10 minutes drive to Disney, 30 minutes to Universal and International Drive. The local Publix supermarket is just 3 minutes drive while the nearest Wal-Mart is only 5 minutes away.
Local restaurants and bars are only a few minutes up or down HWY27.
The area has many golf courses to suit all standards of players.

Rates from £650.00 ($1000) to £950 ($1550) per week.
Pool heat charged at £100 ($150) per week
£250 security deposit required by cheque, refundable 1 week after vacating the villa.
