Our villa is a no-smoking villa. If the management company inform us that guests have been smoking in the villa, then the full security deposit will be held. Ash trays are kept in the cupboard next to the BBQ on the patio area.

Rental rates additional information
Deposit of £100 per week is required with booking unless within 8 weeks the full amount is due. We also require Security Deposit of £200, which is held until after the holiday. Pool heating is normally recommended between October/April the charge is £100 per week. Bookings of 7 days or less also require to pay the villa clean of £85.
