The pool lounge has a patio door leading to the swimming pool, outside seating area and extended decking with stunning views to golf course and beyond. Also has Cable TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 and cordless phone.
The formal lounge at the front of the villa has large comfortable seating area with access to Games Room and is adjacent to main dining area. Equipped with music system/CD player. Ideal for quiet time, reading, etc. A small library of paperbacks and magazines is provided.
Many guests convert one of the lounges into a childrens'/teenager room with the toy crates/Playstation equipment. DVD's can be rented cheaply from local Walmart. |

The villa is within the gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club and security is provided at the 24 hour manned entrance. There is a communal swimming pool, tennis courts and play areas. The villa is located in a prime, quiet position - chosen by us prior to it being built.
The villa has its own pool and extended decking area, completely enclosed by a lanai cover - and with access to front and rear professionally maintained gardens.
For golfers, Southern Dunes is one of the best public golf courses in Orlando Florida and has been ranked #6 in Golf Digest's "Best Courses in the State". Special golf deals are available, including monthly membership.
Located on Highway 27, a short distance from the I4 and a short drive to the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. The villa is just 20 minutes from the Disney theme parks and is only 13 miles from the new Legoland theme park (opens in October 2011). |

We stay at the villa regularly and so do my parents - so we are able to ensure that the villa is well maintained and is looking good inside and out.
