Orange Tree - Luxury Executive 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Villa

Large beautifully furnished lounge overlooking pool and lake area.  There are sliding doors which lead directly on to the pool and a  beautiful garden area, the gardeners attend every week to ensure the garden is maintained to a high standard the same as the rest of the property.   There is a  display area which houses a 52 inch Television with HD and Sky box the channels include DISNEY and PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL ALSO LA LIGA AND CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.. There are comfortable chairs and fitted carpets in all areas of the villa. 

Fully fitted kitchen including large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste disposal and all glassware, crockery and cutlery.  There is a breakfast area within the kitchen and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 

Beautiful dining area which can seat up to eight people.

There are four tastefully furnished bedrooms two of which have en suite facilities. The other two bedrooms have a bathroom in between them. One of the bedrooms is decorated and furnished on a Disney Theme and one is furnishes on a Nautical theme for the boating enthusiast.   All the bedrooms have fitted carpets.  There are televisions in all of the bedrooms with cable television.  In one of the bedrooms there is also a PS2 .  ALSO AN I POD DOCK.

There are are three beautifull furnished bathrooms all with baths and showers, toilet and washbasins with cabinets and tastefull lighting. There are hairdryer and shaver sockets. 

The games include table-tennis table, pool and ice hockey table. 

The pool area is south east facing and gets the sun for most of the day in summer until about 5.00pm. The garden sunbathing area gets the sun all day.  You will be glad of some shade with the high temperatures. There are comfortable chairs and loungers and table and chairs for outside dining. The spa is situated at the side of the pool and there is a safety fence for children.  You can watch the fireworks going off at Disney from this area at night.

The villa is on a large plot with beautiful landscaped gardens in a wonderful peaceful and tranquil setting.  There is a private sunbathing area within the garden. The lake view is quite stunning  with lots of wildlife Otters Turtles and beautiful birds such as Ospreys, Sandhill Cranes, Wood Storks, Kites.  The deck has been extended to facilitate a large pool and spa (jacuzzi). There are lots of comfortable chairs and loungers for sunbathing and table and chairs for outside dining.  There is also a gas barbeque for our guests.     

Free Wireless Internet access is available.

A Cot and High Chair are  housed in the front bedroom. 

Just to let you know what a fantastic holiday we had in Florida. We did some theme parks and had a wonderful two day trip to Key Largo and Miami to swim with dolphins. We also spent a lot of time relaxing in your lovely villa, what a fantastic house in a great location, so peaceful! We saw the alligator, otters, terrapins, deer, raccoons and of course the 'Crane' family. We loved it, the kids loved it (17 & 15 so that's not easy to accomplish!) This was our third visit to Florida and your villa was by far the best we have stayed in. I hope we can return sometime.

Many thanks for help make the perfect holiday. From the first enquiry right through to arriving back home, the whole team both in UK & at Orlando were First Class. Their help & support with Booking, to directions to villa, short-cuts to the Parks, recommended restaurants, etc were clear, really helpful & saved a lot of time. The villa had everything that we could wish for – excellent location, brilliant outlook, great rooms & a games room for the kids. Highlights for us included the peace & quiet first thing in the morning watching the balloonists over the lake, hand feeding the cranes at the back house & chilling out at night sitting by the poolside watching the sun go down. Would thoroughly recommend “Sandhill Crane” to anyone looking for the perfect villa.

Pleased to know that you had a great holiday. I bet the Sandhill Cranes were glad that you chose my home and were kind enough to feed them.

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic villa for two weeks mar/apr 11. The villa is very big, but also homely enough to be very comfortable for the duration of our stay. My two nephews enjoyed the pool table in the garage but absolutely loved the pool and spa, often asking to come home from the theme parks so they could go in the pool!! We were unfortunately locked out of the villa on our second night but after a call to the local management team, we had to wait approx. 5 mins for Sue and her Husband to come and help us, we were needless to say, very pleased at this quick response, given it was 10 o'clock at night! Despite a couple of thunder storms during our stay, we had a brilliant holiday. We would recommend the Outback Steakhouse and the Santa Fe for a very tasty meal. All in all, I would highly recommend this villa and would urge anyone to keep an eye out for the alligator, which we were very fortunate to see on 3 seperate occassions.

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful villa,and will be returning.It has everything you need for a lovely, relaxing holiday,whether visiting the attractions or just enjoying the Florida sunshine.The pool and spa overlooking the lake is so peaceful.The villa is on a site surrounded by Orange trees which is situated with easy access to all main highways.Very well recommended.

My wife and 2 children (9 and 5) had an excellent week at the villa this Easter. The property was clean, well equipped and in an easily accessible location. Sheila ensured that we were well briefed prior to our holiday, and the information pack inside the villa, meant we were not left wondering where to find anything that we might need, including shops, restaurants, and all the main tourist sites. The games room, pool, and jacuzzi etc were good good distractions from the mania of the parks and contributed to a fantastic holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending this property if you are visiting Orland and district.

What a fabulous holiday and a beautiful villa. Perfectly located approx. 15 mins away from the Disney madness but within close proximity to supermarkets and lovely restaurants. The rooms very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and a games room perfect for relaxing after a hard day at Disney! The pool area was lovely, stunning views over the lake at sunrise and sunset, a view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks and maybe even a croc whilst cooking your steak on the BBQ!We were even lucky enough to witness a vapor trail from a space shuttle. Our stay was extended (yay!) due to airport closures and volcanic ash. Both Sheila, the owner, and the management team were flexible and supportive allowing us to stay on a couple more days. The holiday was amazing and this villa was the perfect place for my party of 6 to stay. Thank you!!

We have visited Florida many times and stayed in various hotels and villas. This was our third consecutive stay at "Sandhill Crane" and we're already thinking about our fourth. The outlook from the pool is second to none, observing the variety of wild life, especially the reflection of the trees on the lake when the sun is setting.

What a fantastic location you have for your villa Sheer bliss after the craziness of Disney.We had the most wonderful holiday in this most comfortable home from home base. Our daughter was absolutely thrilled with the Disney bedroom, swimming pool topped off by the visiting sandhill cranes which we fed each day.

We had the most wonderful holiday in this gorgeous villa and could not have asked for a more lovely location. So convenient for the theme parks too. My husband is a firefighter and loved the peacefulness and privacy. We can't wait to return next year.
