Our villa offers one of the finest elevated views in Central Florida. From the directly south-facing pool you have a spectacular panorama covering the fourth green, fifth tee and fairway, ninth fairway and the conservation area beyond and are ideally placed to watch the enchanting sunsets to the west. With the property situated in a cul-de-sac, the pie-shaped plot ensures privacy.

Master Bedroom
True luxury with a King size bed with fitted bedding. Two chests of drawers with colour cable TV, twin bedside cabinets, huge walk in clothes storage closet. This closet also includes the supplied baby equipment - a foldaway cot/crib and a high-chair. Patio doors lead directly to the pool area.

The en-suite bathroom includes a large corner bath, large walk in shower, marble topped dual vanity units with marble surfaces. Separate WC.

Second Bedroom
Another luxurious bedroom with Queen size bed fitted with luxury bedding, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers with colour cable TV and clothes storage closet.

Third Bedroom
With two twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, cable TV and clothes storage closet.

Fourth Bedroom
With two twin beds, chest of drawers, cable TV and clothes storage closet.

Pool

Screened Pool and Deck
The deck and pool area has excellent privacy and is not overlooked either from properties to the sides or properties to the rear – because there aren’t any. Being directly south-facing the sun is on the rear deck from sunrise to sunset but a covered lanai area provides outdoor shade if required.

There are 4 sun-loungers available and plenty of space to move them around. There is an outdoor dining area under the lanai with seating for six.

The deck has been extended to accommodate an oversize swimming pool. The safety of your family is our utmost priority - the pool is protected by a pool fence (which can be removed at your risk) and the patio doors can be double locked to provide extra security for young children.

We do not encourage the use of BBQ’s within the screened area because of the fire risk but use outside the screen can be arranged with specific prior approval.

Outside

Villa Layout & Specifications
The villa is fully air conditioned and heated and has been finished to exacting standards. All of the furniture and soft furnishings are premium quality and have been individually chosen. There is no doubt that the most impressive feature of this villa is its location – one of the most elevated views in Central Florida.

Highlands Reserve in Davenport Florida

Highlands Reserve villas to rent only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Located just off HWY27 in Davenport, Highlands Reserve is a large golf course community and the ideal place to explore all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. As you enter the community, past the welcoming waterfall and drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd, you will see the clubhouse on your right, and see various golf holes on either side of the road. The community is split into seven subdivisions, some with golf names you will recognise including Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf on the community, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse, the course is ideal for golfers of all levels, with it’s wide open fairways, and only one lake on the tenth hole, but the undulating greens will test even the best of golfers.
