The very spacious fully tiled Living Room which comprises of - A Queen Triple seated sofa, double sofa and easy chair, coffee table and side tables, THis is complimented with full Cable TV and sports package featuring the premier league football games an European games:

A large spacious fully equipped Kitchen with fitted with Oak units, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster and coffee maker and all the necessary crockery and utensils. There is also a Breakfast table with four chairs. Utility room comprises of - Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board.

Dining area has a large Sedona dining Table with 6 Dining chair's matching the Living room furniture.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom leads directly onto the pool deck. This bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Cable TV and built in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom, with walk in shower and hair dryer....

Second Master Bedroom

The second master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Cable TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and hair dryer.....

Twin Rooms

There are two twin rooms which share the third bathroom......The main bathroom comes with a hair dryer.

All rooms have large built in wardrobes. The home sleeps Eight/Ten guests comfortably........

This is the 2nd Lounge/Pool Room, A room were a good game of pool could be played in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Access to the Swimming Pool is via the Kitchen. There is an additional access from the master Bedroom via the en-suite bathroom. This is very convenient after using the pool. The covered porch with seating provides a relaxing oasis during a rain shower. For an additional charge we will provide heat for the pool. The Patio area will have several sun lounges, Patio table and chairs, also a Bar-Bar-Q.

Our villa is completely fenced in for privacy and our pool and patio which is South facing has the sun on it all day, we have a fully screened 28ft x 14ft swimming pool and a 24ft x 17ft patio area, Lanai and a separate patio and Bar-Bar-Q area:
The villa is complimented with full privacy to the rear and is fully alarmed and monitored.

This has been converted into a 2nd Lounge and pool room;

We also provide a Computer with High Speed WIFI Internet service for your use and free International calls to UK and Europe Landlines;

Crib Stroller and High Chair are availabe for yur use;
