DRAGONS DEN. Two double beds. Two sofas. Running machine.Ideal for teenage hideaway. Hand painted murals showing the history of the Comic Book Hero.

MANOR SUITE. King honeymoon suite with columned bathtub within bedroom. Separate bathroom with over large shower. French doors to balcony overlooking pool and lake. Own outdoor armchairs.

BLENHEIM SUITE. King with doors to balcony with outdoor sofa, armchairs, coffee and lamp tables. Overlooks lake and pool.

FLEUR DE LYS SUITE . Queen with door to balcony, with rocking chairs.  The favourite room of our daughter Fleur. 

ASCOT SUITE. Queen with writing desk

All are delightfully different created of marble, granite, slate, tumbled stone or tile.

30ft Games Room via a sweeping curved staircase. Two leather sofas, cards table set, Full size snooker table. French doors to a 45 ft balcony overlooking the pool and lakes.

CINEMA.  Purpose built cinema with real theatre seats so all the family can enjoy the 12ft screen and state of the art sound effects.  Fire escape door to rear garden.

A sun filled serene oasis overlooking woodland and our own park area down to Moon Lake*. Double height screen to keep out any insects yet so high you are not aware of it.

100ft wide pool deck of paviours and stone. 42 x 18 ft lagoon pool with beach entry, grotto and tumbling waterfalls.  Spa and pool are electrically heated.

Covered lanai for dining,and lounging besides the gas fire with TV alcove above. Piped music with a 100 music channels. Ceiling fans. Al fresco dining for 16. Summer kitchen. 45ft balcony, perfect for drinks watching the sunsets.  Bring binoculars for superb birdwatching and wildlife.

Plenty of comfortable upholstered sunloungers.

Child alarms at every door and window onto the pool.

* Moon Lake and the unnamed lake amongst the trees behind the pool area are natural lakes, so unlike the retention pond nearby, there is no noise transference from other homes across the water, neither does excess noise from St Georges affect other owners . Ideal for fishing.  Only one rental  property backs onto Moon Lake. All the others are superb custom built private homes on large lots.

280ft circular driveway, 240 ft frontage overlooking two gorgeous natural lakes, woods and parkland. Very safe and private.  Fantastic wildlife watching and beautiful sunsets over the lake.

Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac and very peaceful.

There are no words that can really describe this property...it is the most luxurious home we'd ever seen, the owner is fabulous (Christine). She was extremely helpful and understanding. Dee (Property Manager) made herself available to my family and I day or night. Everything in this home is spectacular. It was extremely clean, the rooms were perfect. I don't think I've ever slept in a bed so comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous...I can go on and on. This was my first time visiting this area and I cannot wait to return. Thank you so much Christine for the lovely experience.

We were lucky to stay at St Georges in August 2011. It was truly a dream house and the pictures do not do it justice. From entering the magnificent entrance hall and seeing through the doors to the beautiful pool we knew we were going to have an amazing stay. We were four families staying together (16 in total) and the size of the house made it perfect for the times we wanted to socialise (great tables outside and huge living area) and also when families needed time alone - hanging out on the balcony or in the spacious bedrooms. The kitchen facilities were brilliant and had everything you needed to cook dinner for a cast of thousands! The kids loved the cinena and loved, loved, loved the pool (we had trouble getting them out of it to go to Disney). The location is brilliant for getting to Disney and also close to the supermarkets and diners. The house is beautifully decorated but was comfortable so it didn't feel like you couldn't relax. All in all a dream property that made our holiday truly wonderful. Thanks x

All the family loved the villa and did not want to leave at the end of our stay. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space to chill out. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the cinema. We will remember this holiday for a very long time and would recommend it to anyone.

We picked this villa for an extended family of 13 based on the pictures and the location and it certainly exceeded our expectations.The communication,support and advise we recieved from both the owners and the property management team was excellent. During our stay we had a cold snap of weather and the owners themselves came to the villa to break out the duvets.We have in our time stayed in a number of different communities in Kissimmee but none better than Formosa Gardens,St Georges Manor has provided special memories for all of us and hopefully in the future we will return.

We searched the web to find a home to accomodate our family of 10 adults and 4 children. When we saw this property there was no more searching. Our family rented St. George's Manor for a full week and totally loved this house. It had everything you would need. The pool area is amazing. Bedrooms and baths were very beautiful we were sorry to leave. We would rent this property again.

Our family had a wonderful time in the St. George Manor. We vacationed here from July 25 - 31st. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The kids enjoyed the lagoon shaped pool and the pool alarm doors gave everyone relief. We watched films in the cinema and enjoyed cocktails in the evening on the upper decks. The guys love the pool table in the game room and all the beds were comfortable after a long day in the parks. I would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely return.

WOW this villa is amazing, the photos do not do it justice. It is very very spacious and the 11 people in our party felt lost in such a big space. Furnishing and decoration to a very high standard and the owners have thought of everythibng for guests to enjoy their stay. Excellent location, on the doorstep to Disney and all the parks. Lots of eating places, supermarkets less than 5 mins drive. Crazy golf and lots more close by. Cleaners were excellent and very friendly as were all other members, always there if you needed them. Pool area very safe and child friendly. Cannot wait to return for another fab holiday,

We were lucky enough to spend a week in St Georges in April 2010. Wow, what a wonderful villa, you don't need Disney to entertain the children here. We all enjoyed the pool, cinema room and the pool table. The children didn't want to go out anywhere after we had moved in. The villa is unbeatable, the photo's don't do it justice. The decor and facilities were first class with no expense spared. Thank you Christine for making our short stay an unforgetable experience that we will always treasure.
