We stayed at the villa whilst attending a business conference at Disney. It is much more comfortable to stay in a villa with a few colleagues than to stay in a boring hotel room. The villa was clean, and everything in working order. The owner was polite, helpful, and forthcoming with any type of information we needed. Next year we will definitely consider staying at this villa, if we are to attend the same conference again...

this villa is in a superb location and is a lovely villa. Very welcoming and our family had a wonderful time, it is close to restaurants, Disney and all other attractions,being around Christmas was wonderful, when we arrived the lights outside the villa and also the christmas tree lights in the villa were lit with a present for our family under the tree (what a lovely touch) this all added to the first impressions which thrilled us. We were given excellent directions to the villa and we received our deposit back immediately after our stay. Had lovely meals in Longhorns steak house just off 192 and also TGI Fridays and the Outback just at the top of Formosa Blvd. Would recommend this property.

i have just retiered and as a big thank you to the family i took them to florida for 16 days spending 1 week in Disney (for the kids& me)so we could run around doing all the crazy stuff.Then spend 9 days in what i can only decsribe as a dream state of peace and tranquility in this wonderful,beautiful villa.Which allowed the girls to play in there own private pool as mum and dad relaxed and soaked up the Florida sun (pure heaven).This was our fist experiance of living in a villa and one that will stick with us for ever,my girls loved it so much that they were crying come the day we had to leave with both asking if we could go back to the very "same" villa,and in my opinion we will be back. Thank you Ray & Kim for allowing us to share your wonderful home.I will be recommending this villa to all my family and friends.

We have been to Disneyworld several times and this is the best villa we have stayed in. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was great as it is private and has a lovely view of the lake. The estate was very well kept and quiet. We didn't really use the kitchen as the villa is close to many restaurants, are favourites being the Outback and the Longhorn Steakhouse. We had a fantastic holiday and hope to be back in Oct 2013.

We were really looking forward to a family holiday and there were going to be 11 of us sharing. We didn't need to worry about having our own space because the layout was perfect. We all had plenty of room for ourselves but we also had plenty to share. It was just like It showed on the website! fantastic! Spotlessly clean and every gadget, utensil, pool towel, crockery and cutlery you will ever need. Perfect!

I just wanted to drop a short note to say thank you for such a perfect villa. We had a fantastic holiday in Sanibel and could not have asked for more! We have stayed in many different villas in and around Kissimmee and we all agree that your lovely villa is the best! Perfect pool area with relaxing lake view, great inside layout, fab games room and the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. We have only been home 4 days and have already recommended Sanibel to 4 different people! We will defiantly be back!

Hi Ray & Kim, We had an absolutly great time at Sanibel and i had the best birthday surprise ever. My family kept the villa details from me and also had a few other surprises up their sleeve including a personal encounter with Dolphins at Sea world. As this was my big 21st (joke) all was very well appreciated, my family made my big one extra special. Kim thanks for the shopping advice and Ray thanks for reccomending celebration Golf course for my husband and sons day out. We really did have a superb time and loved the Villa, it was very comfortable and had a real family feel to it. Loved the Spa at night and the outside TV kept everyone outside to finish off every evening.I hope that we can come back next year, as after all i will be one year older so surely that must be extra special?? Just wanted to say a big thank you for letting us stay in your villa, it was lovely home to come back to at the end of a hectic day in the parks And how funny is this we stayed in the one next door went we went to Florida 3 years ago! The kids loved the bunk beds , swimming pool and play station too! We honestly couldn’t of picked a better house for us to stay in.

I'm not surprised this villa gets booked up so quickly by repeat visitors - we'll be booking again next year & can't wait! This is our 7th visit to Orlando so we are seasoned 'Disney' travellers! Sanibel has been the best villa we have stayed in by a long, long way - clean, modern & every facility you could wish for. The booking was seamless - very friendly & helpful owners & our stay was superb. The property has absolutely everything you need, after a long exhausting day at Disney (literally just round the corner) or just for a bit of luxury pampering by the pool or jacuzzi. The management company were very helpful too & at the end of the phone for any help needed during our stay. It's layout & location suits all families and groups - young or old. Our highlight of the stay/villa - cooking on the BBQ by the pool sipping a cold beer whilst watching the sunset over the amazing lake view! Highly recommended.

Luego de una exaustiva busqueda de Villas para nuestras vacaciones familiares en Orlando, tuvimos la fortuna de encontrar la Villa Sanibel (tiene una reseña y video muy bien elaborado en You Tube), en el complejo Formosa Gardens. Somos siempre exigentes a la hora de escoger nuestro segundo "hogar", ya que un sitio agradable, pacifico, decorado con clase, buen gusto y armonia, es un reposo seguro para descansar o bajar los decibeles, luego del ajetreo diario que significan los parques. Tenemos varios años vacacionando en Orlando, asi que podemos comparar con propiedad, y la Villa Sanibel es un 10. Formosa Gardens es un complejo privado, muy tranquilo y con espectacular mantenimiento de sus areas verdes. Se encuentra estrategicamente cerca de la 192 en Kissimmee, pero lo suficientemente apartado, para ser un pequeño Oasis de intimidad. La Villa Sanibel posee un delicado gusto decorativo, con 2 habitaciones matrimoniales enormes, y otras 3 habitaciones estupendas. Dos salas amplias para compartir, y una hermosa piscina con vista a un sereno lago, con jacuzzi incluido y la suficiente privacidad para no ver ni dejarse ver por los vecinos. Televisores plasma, una acogedora cocina, y muchas peliculas y material de lectura. Un par de ardillas fueron nuestras unicas curiosas visitantes, y si no hubiesemos estado tan agotados de los parques, seguramente nos hubiesemos encontrado con los astutos mapaches que buscan algun alimento olvidado y se desplazan en las noches de a dos o de a tres. Recomendamos ampliamente la Villa Sanibel, lastima que nuestras vacaciones fueron de una semana solamente, apenas nos dio tiempo de jugar un par de partidos de Billar en el Garage convertido en centro de entretenimientos y juegos. Gracias Ray y Sra., definitivamente Sanibel Villa sera nuestra primera opcion para nuestras proximas vacaciones.

This was our first visit with the kids to Orlando and we had a fantastic time. The villa is in a great location with no more than a 10 minute drive to the Disney parks. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we required. The pool area is lovely and well maintained. Can't recommend this villa and location enough and we will be highly likely to return in the future

Hi Kim & Ray, It was great to come back to such a well maintained home and pool after long days at the parks. The location was perfect and the outlook was fantastic looking over the lake and with real privacy to both sides. The Formosa estate was the best we have ever stayed at. Safe, very upmarket and Sanibel was a really lovely Villa to stay in with so many really nice touches inside and out. We had many great games off air hockey and pool and the selection of TV programs covered any choice we wanted. Having a big supermarket just down the road was also handy and the choice of so many restaurants and take aways just down the road with a really fun crazy golf course to kept us entertained between shopping and eating. We loved TGI Fridays and the Buffalo & Wing house. We will be back again once we have managed to pay off our credit card bills! You have a really lovely home! Just a short e mail to say what a great place Sanibel is. We had a great holiday and the Villa and location so close to all the main attractions was absolutly brilliant. The home was very welcoming and the pool was fantastic, a really safe and fun family home. We Have never ever played pool before but we are now professionals? Just a short note to say what a great holiday we had whilst staying at Sanibel. The home felt so comfortable and had everything we could have asked for. We have stayed at a lot of different Villas over the years but this home was our best ever stay. The Kids loved the pool and we loved the Master bedroom with huge en suite and private pool access or should we say the Hot tub. Everything was really great and so relaxing after long,long days at the parks. Love Sanibel. Hi Sanibel, We had an awsome time staying at your place over Xmas. The weather was a bit cold at times (we had a couple of freezing mo's)but the heated pool and super spa system kept us warm and relaxed. We were suprised how busy the parks were for this time of year some of the rides were 60- 120 minutes wait!! It was however so welcoming to come back each day to such a lovely and inviting home and also being so near to so many great restaurants was a real bonus (try Carribas!sometime). We had a great Xmas day and cooked up a nice Fat 15LB Butterball Turkey with all the trimmings. It was so nice to have a swim on Xmas day after the meal and probably our best weather day hitting around 74 C Formosa gardens estate is without doubt the finest holiday location we have ever stayed in around the Kissimmee area (10 years experience)and being so close to disney makes everything so easy. We will definately be coming back. Dear Ray & Kim, We would like to say a big thanks for our wonderfull stay at Sanibel. From the moment we booked with you everything was so well organised and comunicated. When we arrived at your Villa we were so taken with the great location and the standard of accomodation. Our Kids loved the pool. eat outs and eats in were so convienient only a short drive or stroll down the road!!. We could not believe how lucky we were when we arrived at Sanibel. The home was very welcoming, clean and wow, wow, wow what facilites. We were blown away with the outlook over Star Lake and such a feeling of privacy and space. The journey to Disney World was 2 miles away so we we were able to get to the gates early to beat the crowds and on our return within 5 mins we were back to the Villa for a swim and chill out. The vast choice of restuarants and supermarkets were only 1 mile away so we did not even have to worry about driving out in the evening a nice 20 mins walk took us to all the choice you could ever wish for and along a safe lighted road. Try out OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE and their bloomimng onions.. Awsome!! We had a really great holiday and the home and location really topped everything. We will be back ASAP. Just need to pay off those credit card bills first. Thank you Sanibel for such a lovely Holiday home. Tim & Brenda Holingsworth & 5 Kids!!
