Formosa Gardens - Luxury 6 Bed 4 Bath Villa on the Lake

Our executive villa, "Oyster Cay" has a fantasic lakefront location in the highly regarded community of Formosa Garden Estates, which is only 2 miles from the entrance to Disney World. Uninterrupted lake views make the unique pool and spa area a wonderful place to relax. Inside Oyster Cay has nearly 3500sq ft of airconditioned space for your family spread out, to enjoy the games room or the ten seat movie theatre. Oyster Cay has 6 bedrooms (including a family suite) and 4 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 15 people in real comfort.

The first master suite has it's own private sitting area overlooking the pool area as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom and shower area. The other bedrooms downstairs include a King bedroom and a kids bunk bedroom which is furnished in a Disney theme and can sleep 3. Finally downstairs, there is a Queen bedroom with its own bathroom. Upstairs we have a twin bedroom and the family master suite which has a King bed and two childrens bed

As well as a large family room and a sitting room there is a breakfast nook and dining room. The kitchen and laundry areas have everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Our games room has a pool table, foosball (table football) and if you have any energy left there is an exercise bike to help you stay in shape. The movie theatre has a 108 screen and fantastic surround sound for the ultimate movies at home experience.

Oyster Cay has a custom 38ftx26ft swimming pool and large spa surrounded by a specially designed, extended deck. The pool area is in the sun from the morning right through to sunset and there are lots of chairs and loungers for everyone to enjoy the sun. If you fancy a break from the heat you can relax under the lanai in the shade with it’s own cable TV and ceiling fan. A pool screen has now been erected over the whole deck so that you can enjoy the pool in the evenings without worrying about bugs.

Oyster Cay has a Playstation 2 with games, DVDs, board games and toys.

We also provide a baby package consisting of a stroller, baby rocker, baby monitors, high chair and a pack and play crib.

Formosa Garden Estates is a prestigious residential community where executive homes have been built to high standards on large lots. The entrance to Disney World is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of shops and restaurants one mile away.

Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem.

In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.

We have just completed the upgrade work in Oyster Cay. The photographs show the finished house and we will have the new virtual tour online shortly.

Optional pool & spa heating is available for £105 per week. A 20% deposit is required on booking with the balance and a £200 security deposit due 6 weeks before your stay begins. Payments accepted by cheque, Paypal, Mastercard or Visa.
