Wekiva Villa, our superb 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Cumbrian Lakes Villa

 Family room has comfortable, attractive seating area, 46” Sony flat screen LCD HDMI cable TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, and patio doors leading out to the pool area.

 An open plan kitchen equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The breakfast bar has bar stools providing an additional seating/dining area.

 Formal dining area has a comfortable sofa and seating for 6 at the dining table and multi CD player/stereo unit. Breakfast nook has a table and 6 chairs and overlooks the pool area. A relaxing way to start the day with your family.

 Two master suites, each has a super king size bed, large flat screen TV, alarm clock, ceiling fan, phone, and two large walk- in closets. Each huge bathroom has an oval sunken bath, his and hers washbasins, a cloakroom and an enormous shower. The patio doors from the downstairs suite lead directly to the pool deck and upstairs the sliding glass doors open to a private south-facing balcony with seating. A perfect location to enjoy the sunset or the wonderful daytime view of the woodland and lake beyond.

 Home to a pool table, table tennis table, table top football, fishing equipment, mountain bikes, golf clubs etc.

 The pool area is south facing, onto woodland and overlooking one of the community’s lakes to the left. There is an extended pool deck with a solar heated pool/spa (additional electric pool heating, if required-charges apply). Pool size is 28-by-12-by-6 feet deep. There is a huge lanai with ceiling fan and light, which provides shade if required. There is ample sunbathing space with luxurious pool furniture and also a pool bathroom and external shower. The pool/spa area is completely screened to protect from insects. All external access doors to the pool area are protected by alarms for peace of mind for those with small children.

 Free WiFi broadband and printer/scanner.

Easy to book - great communication - good directions. House was exactly as described. A clean and well stocked house. Short drive to supermarkets and restaurants, 10 minutes to disney and 15 to universal studios - nothing was far away. We had so much space, we didn't actually use the living/dining area or gallery at the top of the stairs. We made a full Christmas dinner in the kitchen - plenty of kitchen utensils. Would recommend to others and use again

Beautifully presented, this villa offered superb accommodation and facilities. It had everything for all ages to make the two weeks a comfortable and stress free environment and relaxing base for a holiday. All information was clear and understandable, nothing hidden, and Karen was very helpful.Directions from the airport were good plus additional information about where to find supermarkets and places of interest. The villa was immaculate on our arrival and the pool area was our favourite place to start and end the days. The ensuite bathroom was as big as our bedroom at home! We were ideally located for all the attractions and theme parks. This holiday villa exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely return. We have already recommended it to our friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Wekiva. 7th trip to Florida and best place we've stayed. The villa is in a great location - easy journey to the parks and shops but very quiet for relaxation afterwards. Getting there and getting in hassle free with the instructions given. It had all the facilities as promised - nice private pool and plenty to keep the family occupied inside when we needed a short break from the heat outside. A/C much appreciated. Enjoyed the table tennis and Premiership football on fox soccer a welcome surprise for the boys, USPGA golf for me! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Many thanks.

This villa was everything we had hoped for - and more. It was just as the description and photographs promised with all the equipment and facilities we could possibly need, from free wi-fi to golf clubs and mountain bikes. Cumbrian Lakes is very convenient for all the entertainment, shopping and eating on the 192 and is 20 minutes from Disney in one direction and Florida Mall in the other. Perfect!

The website views of this amazing villa were extremely accurate and brought a gasp of delight from all of us upon arrival. The accommodation itself was pristine as was the bed linen and towels. The property is very well appointed for both attractions and shopping (which we did a great deal of)! The beautiful pool offered a private and relaxing end to many busy days and there was a wide range of games/activities to keep my 9 year old grandson entertained. The two minor "maintenance" issues we had were dealt with promptly and pleasantly by the manangement company. A favourite restaurant was Manny's Chophouse which is about a 30 min drive but well worth a visit (used by many locals of the area) situated on US Highway 27. Would highly recommend this villa and hopefully we'll be returning soon.

What a wonderful villa. It is well located and provided a very peaceful base for our holiday. The information provided was very comprehensive and we had no problems during our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool area was very spacious and we really appreciated the use of a washing machine and drier. Highly recommended!

The villa is in an excellent location, close enough to visit all the theme parks yet just far enough away from the main bustle to relax. The villa is situated in a quiet gated community, safe for the kids to go and explore the area. We found the villa easily using the directions provided and upon arrival there is a folder full of useful information ranging from villa info/telephone numbers to places to visit etc. Unlike many other villas, the pool area is not overlooked. We enjoyed many evenings relaxing by the pool under the covered lanai area to recover from the tiring days spent at the theme parks. We choose this villa because the 2 identical master bedrooms would save any family arguments about who had the better bedroom. We were not disappointed. The beds are huge! And the en-suite bathrooms are vast (my entire bathroom is probably the same size as the walk-in shower at the villa!) The villa has lots of different areas to sit/eat, so with 5 adults and 2 children we never felt on top of each other. The sat nav came in very handy. Whilst we were there we took a trip down to Miami Beach and spent a night there (well worth the travel) and the next morning went to the Everglades before popping into Key Largo to sample some Key Lime Pie before heading back to the villa. It is an exhausting trip and should have spent 2 nights in Miami Beach but we were running out of time. We also took a trip to Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre. The highlight of our holiday was swimming with manatees in the Crystal River (some of the money goes towards manatee conservation efforts). All in all, a fantastic holiday with a great villa as a base. My only regret is that we did not have more time to spend relaxing by the pool.

We had a wonderfull stay at this villa. The whole villa is equipped to a very hig standard, all of the bedrooms were superb and the Kitchen dining area left nothing to want. The pool was a great success with the whole family and was very well used, as was the games rooms. It is very well situated for getting to all of the main parks but far enough away to give you a break from them at the end of the day. I would recommed this villa to anyone.
