Lovely home, great location, and the best in management, really concerned about making your stay enjoyable. Everything you will need is close by, the home is very spacious and the pool heat was great, the view is wonderful.

Lovely Home
My family (daughter and husband) and another family (2 adults and 2 children) recently stayed in this home. The pictures of this home don't do it justice. It is a beautifully decorated home. The kitchen was well supplied with anything we needed. The children loved the game room. It was really nice to have a TV in each room. We were even able to get in the pool in November! The neigborhood was equally great. The location worked really well for us. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!!

Once you are here you will not want to leave!!
Well what can I say!!! have just returned from 2 amazing weeks in this wonderful villa! Sally was a lovely lady to sort our holiday out with, always quick to reply to any correspondence and the attention to detail in the information she provided was second to none.The vlla was spacious and welcoming and decorated to a very high standard, this is our 3rd trip to Florida and by far the best villa. The area was peaceful and the lake behind the villa was great to fish in and the boys in our party had hours of peace by the lake! Ian from the management company was a lovely guy to deal with and gave us great tips on things to do.Santa Fe restaurant at the entrance to Woodridge was a great place to eat and good value. I really cannot praise this villa high enough and am grateful to Sally for entrusting us to stay here. The only bad thing about the villa is that you have to leave it at the end of your holiday!! If you are thinking of visiting Florida then look no further than this villa for your vacation. We certainly will stay here again. Many thanks Sally.

villa at clear creek
Have just returned from holiday, staying in this villa for the second time. From initial enquiry to stay it is a pleasure dealing with the owner who puts in the effort to make all contact and transactions easy and makes you feel welcome in their home. Sally has given very clear instructions how to get there and how everything works. The villa is vey brightly decorated which is very warm and relaxing, the villa has everything you need and more and you are very reluctant to leave. The outside area is well laid out for dining, sunbathing or relaxing in the spa with a cocktail after a hard days shopping.We have stayed in quite a few villas but this is the only one we have returned too and hopefully we will have the opportunity to do so again. The management company are local based , very friendly and are available 24 hours. I would recommend this villa very highly

Excellent Villa
Just spent a week and a half at this amazing villa. Although there we were only a small group the villa was absolutely massive giving us each our own space. Wonderful pool which we were able to use at any point in the day with some games in the garage where we could chill out after long days shopping or going to the parks.
The villa is ideally situated very close to the 192, where there are plenty of brilliant restaurants such as Sizzler and Denny's. Also only a 20 minute or so drive from Universal Studios and Disney.
The management team were brilliant. Part of our plans for the holiday was to play at an American golf resort and Ian was nice enough to find some golf clubs for us to save renting costs. They were also easily contactable if we had any issues.

Totally Magical
This was our best family holiday ever. We even managed to convince our 19 year old daughter to come with us and she had a great time.The accomodation is simply superb and we all relaxed for two weeks. Not a cross word!! After years in the south of France this was such a great contrast and is now our number one destination.Looking forward to next year already.I'm not going to publicise the parks because our villa and pool made the holiday for us. Santa Fe mason jars of beer rock.

A home from home
Just spent 3 weeks in this beautiful villa. As soon as we arrived we felt comfortable and relaxed in our surroundings. Have stayed in many villas in Orlando but this was definately the most cosy and felt like home.
Our kids (aged 10 and 16)kept in touch with their friends with the wi-fi and free calls.They loved the pool and the games room.They also enjoyed searching for the baby alligator!
The owners are very informative and helpful and respond quickly to any queries.
This villa is a great location if you plan to visit the Disney theme parks.

No need to look further for the perfect place
Just arrived back after 2 weeks at the villa, and could not have faulted it in any way. Everything you needed was at hand in the villa. The location for Disney, etc couldn't have been any better. The communication from Sally, the owner prior to our visit was excellent and informative. Although there were no children in our party, the youngest being 14, everything seemed to be in place to accommodate a family.Would certainly book again if we need to visit Florida again.

Family holiday in Florida
The villa was everything that the pictures and description described, it was a beautiful well equipped villa in an excellent location with a fantastic large pool.
We all had a brilliant holiday in this villa and will return in the future.
Also really good communication with the owners (very friendly and helpful).

disney villa
just returned from our stay at the villa advertised above.absolutely wonderful,met all our expectations and more.was very spacious,and was equipped with everything we could possibly had wanted.was 30 mins car drive away from disney land,and the other parks listed on the ultimate disney 14 day pass,which was great,as after a long hustle bustle day at the parks it was nice to return to the peaceful and tranquil area where the villa is situated.would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.there was a walmart around 7 mins drive away.Santa fe restaurant 5 mins away which became one of our favourite eating places,the food was reasonably priced and was scrumptious,also the margaritus were to die for.{only 20-30 mins walk away from villa,if you dont fancy the drive]Houlians was another good place to eat aroud 20 mins drive,[on the way to all disney parks]there all you could eat breakfasts were excelent and what a choice.was an amazing time had by all,and the situation of the villa and what it offered us as a family made our holiday that little bit more.

10 out of 10!!
From the moment we found the villa I was very impressed with Sally’s quick and informative responses to all my questions. We were extremely excited about going on our first trip to Florida with the kids (12yrs & 13 ½ yrs) and on arrival we were ALL enchanted by the villa. So much so before the week was out we booked it for next year!
It is SO beautifully decorated, in all of the rooms, and all with beautiful pieces of furniture! And the comfy beds were heavenly!! The kitchen was very well equipped (husband a French chef and very fussy!), and we appreciated the games in the garage and the Wii and board games. For a holiday rental it really is decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard.
Being a holiday in Florida of course we spent a lot of time visiting the parks which were very close by, but due to the comfort and luxury of the villa we really enjoyed “staying in” and relaxing by the pool and watching the ‘wildlife’. Young crocodile in the little lake that was indeed more scared of us! And the crane that would come and visit each day! The villa was perfectly located with the pond and trees beyond.
The management company looking after the villa was very friendly and helpful too.
I can only say you will not be disappointed if you book this villa – I’m sure you will be as delighted with it as we were.

fishing and fun in clear creek
After coming to florida for 8 years we have found the perfect villa for everyone, fishing for the boys, great fun with the alligator in the lake behind (it is small and more scared of you) but something for the men to boast about. a nice relaxing jacuzzi with lots of toys for the pool which was heated beautifully, hate a cold pool. This villa has everything and the management company was A1 couldn,t ask for better, Sally and Derek answered emails fast, would love to come back. will miss the restaurants and not having to cook,I would like to say go feed the kangeroos in Busch gardens, that was a brilliant experience. thanks again for your superb villa

Home away from Home!
What a wonderful vacation!! This was our first time away with our 4 young children and it was amazing! We all called this place "Home" while in Orlando b/c it really felt like it! The house is beautiful, the beds comfy and the neighbours friendly! The location is convenient to everything like Disney, shopping and gas. Ian was friendly and quick with answers to questions. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family and if we get back to Orlando, we'll definitely be coming back to this home!!!

What a fabulous holiday
The villa was perfect, really well equipped and beautifully presented. So close to all the main attractions and only 5mins to Walmart and restaurants.We especially enjoyed the swimming pool after a long day at the theme parks it was heaven to return to the villa and go straight for a swim.

Stunning Villa Fantastic Holiday
This villa is exactly as described. Beutifully decorated, spacious, the pool is glorious, all a pleasure to return to after a day at the Theme parks, all of which are within easy driving distance and very easy to find from the batch of helpful info provided by the owners Sally and Derek and their agents on site, Ian and Sandra who couldn't have been more helpful!Also loads of good restaurants available 2-15 mins drive and if you're feeling especially tired a good take-a-way up the road "Hungry Howie's" will deliver Pizza,subs,salads etc.
Fantastic holiday in a fantastic villa, would recommend to anyone thinking of going to Orlando either for a relaxing holiday or to "do" the Theme parks.

We visit Florida each year and have stayed in a many villas, this villa was the best we have stayed in, both in terms of location and the high standard of finish to the property. From initial enquiry to the day of departure we received prompt and helpful replies to any questions we had. We will rebook this villa for a furture holiday.

Perfect villa to relax after long days in the park
We absolutely loved our almost 2 weeks stay in this villa. This is the perfect villa to relax after long and warm days in the parks. Nice and quiet neighborhood. They also have a good Management Company. A large amount of towels in the house were very convenient.
We can highly recommend this villa. We hope to be back.

villa review
We really enjoyed staying at your villa ,everything was as described and photos accurate. The villa was very comfortable and plenty of equiptment provided, it had one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The decking area and pool are great ,plenty of space and ample comfortable furnishings.The BBQ was huge but we were too lazy as eating out is so cheap but would be good for a a larger party. The games room would be good if you have children in your party. The area was very quiet and everything required was nearby good shopping and restaurants . Would definitely like to use your villa if we go to Florida again and would happily reccommend it to others. All communication with owner was friendly and all transactions were done very smoothly.

Superb luxury villa
Our family has just returned from ten fabulous nights at this villa.
From the initial tentative inquiry we were sent fast friendly emails by Sally and Derek keeping us completely informed and providing valuable tips.
After making our reservation we were sent a visitors pack including driving directions from the airport.
We arrived from a long journey and as you do inspected from top to bottom and were delighted with this spotlessly clean superbly furnished villa with lovely views from the swimming pool patio area.
The villa has an excellent games room including dart board air football and full size pool table that we made great use of.
There are many nice restaurants all within an easy five minute drive as was the twenty four hour supermarket.
Our family really did have a wonderful relaxing vacation here and found it difficult somedays to go to the theme paks which were an easy twenty minute drive away.

Would recommend to family & friends
Fantastic!There isn't anything you can want in a holiday home for that wasn't provided. The villa was spotless, well furnished and decorated to a high standard.Lots of extras which were helpful with 2 teenagers on a wet day - Wi,4 tellies and a games room. Pool area was fabulous and very clean.
Situated in easy reach of all attractions but might suggest a SAT Nav if you are not use to American road signs.
Would recomend to family & friends without hesitation.

Fantastic holiday in beautiful villa.
We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at Clear Creek at Woodridge. The villa is extremely spacious and exceptionally well equipped.It was very clean and well looked after.
The villa is superbly situated not far from the main Disney parks and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.
Woodridge is very quiet an we were able to relax after hectic days out at the theme parks!
Booking was easy and the letting agency very helpful and accommodating.
The outlook from the pool is beautiful and the surrounding area is well cared for.
I would highly recommend a stay here - we will definitely be re booking in the future!!

Fantasic villa,Great location!
This villa was spacious,modern, and has a great location! 8 of us stayed here and not once felt at all on top of one another it was superb in size! kids loved the games room and loved to fish in the pond/lake literally just outside! Walmart not far away gave us a great opportunity to use the really good sized bbq! pool was superb with plenty of sunbeds and seating. On our return to Florida i will definately book this villa again!

5 Star home!
We recently stayed in this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. The villa was very well equipped, we couldn't have asked for anything more. It was beautifully decorated and out of 4 trips to Orlando it was by far the nicest villa we have stayed in and we wouldn't hesitate to reccommend it to friends and family.

Home from home
My family, including my young baby, stayed in the villa for Easter 2010 and had a fabulous holiday. This is a stunning villa which was beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need including all essential baby equipment. It really did feel like a home from home and there was plenty of space for the whole family. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and stay there again when we return to Florida.
