The house is located in a small, residential development just off US Route 27, almost directly opposite the beautiful Golf Course of Highland Reserve. A two-storey, detached property, it is set on a large plot and is within easy reach of all the Attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. The Gulf Coast is just an hour away and Highway 192, with all its restaurants and shopping opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car.

The house, which is fully air-conditioned, contains everything you will need for a relaxing, luxurious holiday. It is available throughout the year at various prices, depending on when you go. Please see the link to the owners website for details.

Larger than normal at 30ft by 15ft, the whole pool area is enclosed by a mesh screen which allows the sun in but keeps the insects out. Full surrounding "cool foot" decking with padded loungers and chairs and tables. The deck area is fully lit, as is the pool, for night-time swimming. Outside the pool enclosure there is a back garden with shrubs which provide a high degree of privacy. Pool heating is available if required at an extra cost.

The rental costs of the house are dependent on when you wish to go. Remember, the cost is for the house and not per person!

We are registered for Florida Sales Tax and all Resort Taxes. We hold, as required by State Law, a Hotel/Motel Licence and Polk County Occupational Licence. This ensures that our house meets the required safety, security and hygiene standards. The house is inspected annually to ensure compliance.

Maximum occupancy of the house is 8 and no single-sex parties will be accepted.

The rental includes the use of all facilities, an allowance for electricity and use of pool (but not pool heating) and BBQ. A security deposit of £200 is payable at the time of booking and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure from the house on confirmation that it has been left in a satisfactory condition.
