Fully air conditioned the villa is nearly 3,500 sq ft. The main living room leading to the pool and lanai is fully tiled. The property is maintained by my family’s management company which is based only 20 minutes from the villa.

There are 4 bedrooms which includes a master and queen size doubles and 2 with twin beds. Plus there is a enormous family room upstairs which has a leather couch that converts in to a double bed. This room is particularly ideal for the kids as it away from the rest of the home and can give the parents some peace and quiet, There are formal and informal dining areas inside as well as barbecue and large outdoors dining table by the pool on the lanai.

There are 4 TV’s, 2 videos and cable TV which includes UK as well as American sports channels. There are lots of additional items used by the owner’s family and available to make your vacation even more special. This really is a luxurious yet comfortable large villa which can easily accommodate 10 people.
