Not all rental villas offer the same degree of comfort and exclusivity. Sunpalm Villa has one of the best plots on the resort. It is not overlooked by any other villas, the sun shines all day over the pool and spa (there is also plenty of shade available under the lanai) and you can challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, air hockey or foosball in our new games room. We also free BBQ, wireless Internet and telephone calls.
Sunpalm Villa is peaceful, tucked away in a corner of the unrivalled Windsor Palms Resort, and yet is only minutes from the buzzing shops and restaurants of Orlando's Highway 192 and the theme parks of Walt Disney World. Orlando's many other attractions are just a short drive away.

One of the closest communities to DIsney World Orlando at 3.5 miles away and offering a high degree of comfort and privacy, Windsor Palm's location is about as good as it gets. This holiday resort-style and gated community is set in palm fringed streets with a 7500 sq ft clubhouse with convenience shop, games room, fitness centre, cinema, large heated communal pool and spa, picnic area, courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball. WIthin 5 minutes drive is the infamous HWY 192 with supermarkets, pharmacy, food outlets, shopping and smaller attractions like crazy golf. 10 minutes drive away, Celebration is a thriving district having a quaint, village feel and pretty lakeside setting. Worth a visit - with a small cinema, boutique and gift shops and an excellent array of restaurants and bars. Palms Mystic Dunes golf course is directly opposite the Windsor Palms entrance.
