As you enter the home, there is the first of two sitting areas, this one has a TV and comfortable leather seating. The 2nd family room is to the rear of the villa overlooking the pool, this also has a TV. |

Upgraded appliances and cabinets in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, allow you to cook a meal at home and rest after a day at the park. You also have utility room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. |

You have two eating areas in the home, a more formal setting (Seats 6) and a large breakfast table (Seats 6), which overlooks the pool at the rear of the villa. Plus a further two bar stools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. |

Master Bedroom - Located upstairs to the back of the villa, has a four poster king bed, TV, a very spacious room with a walk in closet, ensuite has a soak tub, twin sinks and walk in double shower.
2nd Master Bedroom - Located upstairs to the front of the house, has a king bed, TV, ensuite with double shower.
Bedroom 3 - Located downstairs, has a queen bed, TV, overlooks the pool at the rear of the villa. There is a family bathroom neighbouring this room, with a shower over the bath.
Bedroom 4 - Located upstairs to the rear of the villa, has a king bed, TV and large walk in closet.
Aladdin Room - Located upstairs to the front of the villa, has twin beds in an Aladdin theme and TV.
Dalmation Room - Located upstairs, has twin beds in a Dalmation theme with Mickey TV.
Bedrooms 3, Aladdin and Dalmation all share the main family bathroom located upstairs, which has double sinks and a shower over the bath. |

The brick paved pool area has a 28ft x 14ft pool and adjoining spa for lots of fun in the sun. If you get too hot then you can spend some time in the large covered lanai area with its overhead fan. There are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view and there is a child safety fence in place to keep young children away from the pool unless supervised. |

This fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.
For your convenience, you are given a code to access the home, without having to drive to a key collection point or worry about contacting the management company if your travel arrangements are running behind schedule.

Optional pool heating available at additional cost. We take a 25% deposit to hold your dates, if you are travelling within the next 12 weeks then the full amount is payable. For UK bookings payable in Sterling, payments can be taken on debit or credit card, the latter will incur a 2.75% fee.
