As you enter the home there is a sitting area, and office desk to comfortable check in with the office, before a guilt free day at the parks! At the rear of the villa is the main family room with comfortable seating to sit back and relax after a day of shopping! |

On the ground floor, you have the master bedroom, with a king size bed and own walk in shower ensuite, and walk-in closet. Also on the ground floor you have the 3rd master bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite shower room. In addition you also have the twin Mickey and Minnie Mouse bedroom, again with it's own ensuite.
On the first floor you have two additional bedrooms, the first labeled as the 2nd Master has a King size bed with ensuite, the other is the safari-themed room with twin beds and a neighbouring bathroom.
All bedrooms have a 20" TV.
All bed linens and bath towels are provided - so no need for additional packing! |

The home has a well established mangement company in Orlando. In addition to ensuring the villa fully complies with Florida State licensing requirements for rented accommodation, they ensure the house is maintained in top condition and are on hand in the event you need assistance during your stay.
For your convenience, you are given a code to access the home, without having to drive to a key collection point or worry about contacting the management company if your travel arrangements are running behind schedule.

Optional pool heating available at additional cost. We take a 25% deposit to hold your dates, if you are travelling within the next 12 weeks then the full amount is payable. For UK bookings payable in Sterling, payments can be taken on debit or credit card, the latter will incur a 2.75% fee.

Fantastic!

Magical Christmas
What a great family holiday, seemed funny to leave the snow behind and head to the sun for Christmas! Nobody does it like Disney! Great location with many family restaurants within 5 minutes of the villa. Great time had by all, would love to return .... SOON!!!

Great Place...
This is our fourth visit to Orlando, we normally stay in hotels, but this time we thought we would rent a villa, as we had extended family with us. WOW !!!! Loved Windsor Hills, what a clean and tidy place. The clubhouse was a huge bonus for the kids. The house was really comfy, and enjoyed having our own space.

We are regular visitors ot Orlando the house at Windsor Hills Resort was excellent clean spacious and comfortable the children loved the pool it is one of the best houses we have rented, and when we returne to Orlando we will be more than happy to use your company and stay in the same house
