Westridge - 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Florida Villa

Very large sunny room, with alarmed double sliding patio doors opening onto the pool, furnished to high standard with 2 large cream leather sofas. Coffee tables, lamps, cable TV, video and all-region DVD player (plays any UK DVD's) with videos and DVD's, radio and ceiling fan. A second family room with a sofa-bed is located from the main hallway. This room is ideal for reading and some quiet time.

Dining area, table, 4 chairs, fully fitted kitchen, large oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, large American style fridge/freezer.

Dining Room - located at the front of the house this large space has a 6/8 seat table, allowing for a spacious family dinner without disruption to the lounge.

Bedroom 1- en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, king size bed, cable TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 -double bed, walk-in closet, cable TV and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 -Twin beds, large wardrobe and cable TV.

En-suite bathroom: double shower, twin hand basins, separate large bath, wc and door with alarm to pool side allowing you to access wc from pool side.
Second bathroom - bath/shower, vanity basin, wc, located between 2nd and 3rd bedroom.

Located in the garage, brand new, large size 8ft pool table. Table tennis and darts.

Private pool is not overlooked at the rear or one side, with planting to the second side for privacy from neighbouring villa. Sunshine from early morning through to late afternoon. Sunbeds, pool side table and chairs all provided. Alarmed patio doors, and alarmed door leading from en-suite bathroom also prevents small children from wandering outside unsupervised. The pool also has heating and underwater lighting.

Utility room is located between the kitchen and garage. It houses the U.S size washing machine and separate dryer.

Free wi-fi throughout.

The villa is all one one level (after 1 small step up to the property), with access directly from the garage if required.

This is a beautiful,well furnished home,and is equipped with all you may need for a relaxing holiday.Spacious pool and a great games room. The childrens play area is well equiped;slides,swings,basket ball,tennis and volleyball, and only a very short walk from the villa. It is located a short drive from Berry town centre with a good supermarket and restaurant/take-aways. The management team were easily contactable if needed and the owner was very helpful as we required a place to stay at short notice after the Icelandic volcano cancelled our flight home! We would highly recommend a stay here.
