Westridge - Newly Refurbished 4 Bedroom Villa with Free WiFi

The family room at the rear of the property is a very light and airy room recently re-painted in pale blue and white. It has alarmed double sliding patio doors opening onto the pool. Ffurnished to high standard with 2 large cream leather sofas, large television with cable TV, all-region DVD player with a small selection of DVD's and a stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player. 

The lounge area is located near the main entrance hallway and is luxuriously furnished with two leather sofas. This room is ideal for reading and some quiet time.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker and other mod cons. It is well equipped with crockery, glasses and cutlery. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast area with table and chairs to seat four.

Utility room: American top loading washing machine with separate large tumble dryer. Overhead shelving with beach towels. Door leading to double garage housing a pool table for guests use.

All bedding and towels provided for your stay. Cleaning service available (local charge), if required during your stay.

The formal dining area has a table with seating for six. The vaulted ceiling emphasises the feeling of spaciousness.

MASTER BEDROOM - A spacious room , beautifully furnished with a king sized bed and ample drawer space.

SECOND MASTER - With a Queen size bed, with ample drawer space and a large fitted wardrobe area.

THIRD AND FOURTH BEDROOMS - Both are twin bedded rooms, attractively furnished with built-in wardrobes. All bedrooms LCD televisions and DVD players.

Master Bathroom - The luxurious en-suite facilities include a corner bath, twin basins and a large shower enclosure. There is also a separate toilet and a spacious walk in closet with shelving and hanging space.

Second Bathroom - this has a bath with shower, vanity unit and a WC.

The games area includes 7ft Pool Table, Air Hockey and electronic darts.

An extended sundeck area surrounds the swimming pool, providing plenty of space for relaxing. There are a number of sun loungers and a table and chairs, making the area ideal for either sunbathing or al fresco dining. The view to the rear is across a large, open area and the deck enjoys a southerly aspect ensuring all day sunshine.

Entry to the community is via electric gates with a key code.

There is also a clubhouse designed with the holidaymaker in mind, for exclusive use of the owners and guests staying at The Manors. It features a large rectangular pool, lounge, well equipped gym / fitness room and a library.

Portable cot and two strollers.

I would imagine that the majority of holiday villas available for rental in Florida are pretty comparable. What stood apart for us in this villa was the friendly, prompt and fully informative communication provided during our enquiries which greatly helped us in deciding to book this villa. The villa was beautifully presented and all else, proximity to Disney etc, was as described.
