Welcome to our beautiful, privately owned, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Westridge Florida villa, with two living areas. Set in a peaceful, walled and gated community of The Manors South at Westridge with only 171 dwellings our home has almost 2000 sq.ft. of air conditioned space. The lagoon shaped pool backs onto open space and has an extended sun deck. It is surrounded by established hedging for your privacy. Two master bedrooms, both ensuite, making it ideal for 2 families (or grandparents) to share. Two themed twin bedrooms. Very well equipped with everything you are likely to need. Perfectly located within easy reach of the theme parks, shops, restaurants and golf courses.

Living

The villa has the unusual benefit of having two separate living areas:

The lounge area is located at the front of the property and is luxuriously furnished with a leather corner suite. This room offers the extended family additional space with a second TV and DVD player to offer alternate viewing. This room has extra digital cable TV channels available (including one which shows English soccer) with pause and replay facility.

Family Room - is located at the rear of the property and is a very light and airy room which has patio doors leading to the swimming pool deck. It is furnished in Floridian style with two and three seater sofas. Ideal for relaxing and watching television, a DVD or listening to music. It has a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan. It has a small library of paperbacks, numerous CDs and DVDs and also a Playstation 2 with games.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker and other mod cons. It is well equipped with crockery, glasses and cutlery. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook with table and chairs to seat four.

Dining

The formal dining area has a table with seating for six. The vaulted ceiling emphasises the feeling of spaciousness.

There is also a breakfast area with table and chairs next to the kitchen.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

MASTER BEDROOM - A spacious room with patio doors leading to the pool. Beautifully furnished with a king sized, pillow top bed and ample drawer space.

SECOND MASTER - With a Queen size bed, attractive white wicker suite with ample drawer space and a large fitted wardrobe area, which leads through to the en-suite bathroom with shower.

THIRD AND FOURTH BEDROOMS - Both are twin bedded rooms, attractively furnished with built-in wardrobes. One is 'Disney' themed. The other is 'Seaworld' themed. They share a 3rd bathroom which leads out to the pool.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and televisions.

The villa has three full bathrooms

MASTER EN-SUITE BATHROOM - The luxurious en-suite facilities include a heart-shaped corner bath, twin basins and a large shower enclosure. There is also a separate toilet and a spacious walk in closet with shelving and hanging space.

SECOND EN-SUITE - This leads off the second master bedroom and has a vanity unit with basin, bath with shower over and a WC.

THE THIRD BATHROOM - this has a bath with shower, vanity unit and a WC. It has two doors and one leads directly to the pool deck.

All bathrooms have hairdryers.

Games Room

The games area – new for September 2008 – includes 7ft Pool Table, Air Hockey, ‘Foosball’ Table and electronic darts.

Pool

An extended sundeck area surrounds the swimming pool, providing plenty of space for relaxing. The pool itself, at approximately 30 feet in length, is larger than average. Both the deck and the pool are illuminated, allowing full use of both to be made after dark. There are a number of sun loungers, a table and chairs, making the area ideal for either sunbathing or a barbeque. The view to the rear is across a large, open area and the deck enjoys a westerly aspect ensuring a plentiful supply of sunshine. A fine mesh screen surrounds the deck to keep out any bugs and the deck is surrounded by hedging for extra privacy.

Outside

The villa is located in a prime, quiet position which we chose ourselves before it was built. There are no rear neighbours and the pool area is surrounded by a well-established hedge for your privacy.

The gardens and common areas are looked after with pride by a landscaping company.

Entry to the community is via electric gates with a key code.

There is also a clubhouse designed with the holidaymaker in mind, for exclusive use of the owners and guests staying at The Manors. It features a large rectangular pool, lounge, well equipped gym / fitness room and a library. 

Garage

There is a double garage which also houses the laundry facilities - washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Half of the garage has been converted to a games area.

Internet

We have provided high speed internet with a wi-fi connection, so, if you need to 'stay in touch' bring your lap top or iphone with you.

Baby Equipment

There is a wooden foldaway cot and a travel cot with cot bedding. There are two high chairs,  2 buggies (strollers), changing mat, baby monitor and plenty of toys.

Accessible

The villa is all on one floor. We have had guests who have included a wheelchair user stay before. One has returned to us and commented that she found no problems.

Pets Pets Considered - No

Although pet lovers ourselves, in the interests of our future guests, we regret that we are unable to accomodate your pet.

The villa is registered and licensed by the hotel and motel division for rental and covered by all fire regulations including smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting. There is also a small safe and a monitored intruder alarm system linked to the Sheriff's Department.

We take great pride in our villa and we have carefully furnished it with all mod cons and luxury fittings to ensure a relaxing holiday. We visit often ourselves and maintain our villa to a high standard. We are sure that you will enjoy staying there as much as we do.
 

Westridge in Davenport Florida

Westridge self catering Orlando villas to rent located just off HWY27 in Davenport Florida. The desirable community of Westridge is a central base, being just 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World Orlando and the all the big attractions. The nearest supermarkets Wal Mart and Publix are a 5 minute drive away. Westridge's complimentary guest facilities cater for all active pursuits, featuring courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball, a children's play area and a communal pool and cabana. The homes are well spaced in a landscape of pretty rolling hills. If golf is your passion, there are a multitude of golf courses locally, the closest being Highlands Reserve conveniently placed next door. WIth easy access to both the infamous HWY 192 - crowded with its shopping, restaurants and smaller attractions; and the I-4 for trips further afield to see all that Florida has to offer, Westridge provides a fabulous haven for your dream Orlando holiday.
