'Palm Tree' Villa on Westbury 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom

'Palm Tree' Villa is a fully air-conditioned home with all modern facilities which can comfortably sleep six guests. The lounge has a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan with plenty of natural lighting and comfortable seating where after a long day enjoying the local sights and attractions you can relax in front of our 42" LCD Flat screen with Cable television and DVD. One of the two settees can convert into a comfortable Queen sized bed if required which could increase the number of guests to eight. There is access from the lounge to the pool and extensive patio area via patio doors. There is also WiFi throughout the Villa. We have provided a telephone with free local calls.

The kitchen / breakfast area consists of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and all other modern appliances that would be expected from a luxury Villa. The Villa has a breakfast bar with two stools for those 'quick snack' meals.

The separate formal dining area can seat six adults comfortably which would be ideal for those more formal dinner parties in the evening.

'Palm Villa'  has three spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a walk in closet with ensuite facilities with a double walk in shower unit. There are two further twin bedrooms, both with Cable TV, which share a bathroom with bath and shower.

The games room houses a full sized quality pool table and full sized table football. There is also an electronic dartboard. We have also installed a ceiling fan with light to keep you cool during those exciting moments.

The large South East facing private heated swimming pool is so inviting you will not want to leave it and it is screened to keep the local wildlife at arms length. For your peace of mind there are child safety alarms on all rear doors to keep you well aware if the young ones venture too close to the water.   The Villa has a covered Lanai for those really hot days when a bit of shade is essential.  We have provided a Patio table and six chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast as the sun comes up or alternatively just eat al-fresco in the evening whilst being calmed by the fibre-optic Pool lighting. You will also find plenty of lounge seating to ensure that you can soak up the warm Florida sun or just relax and read a book.

The Villa is set in the quiet and peaceful community of Westbury, although just minutes from the main Interstate 4 giving easy access to the World Famous sights and attractions. There are no neighbours immediatley facing the rear of the premises allowing for more privacy.  The villa has an unrestricted view from the pool area across parkland.

We have provided a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convieience. We have also provided an iron and ironing board.

There is Full wireless internet throughout the whole Villa.
