Main attractions 15 minutes with golf facilities 3 minutes away! Supermarkets / banks / bars / restaurants are found within five minutes.
The Villa
Our stunning and spacious lounge has two 3-seater sofas, one of which doubles as a Queen size sleeper for two. For your entertainment there is TV and a dvd/cd player. (You can buy really cheap topical DVD’s in Walmart for a couple of dollars!)
As expected the kitchen is fully equipped. Here you will find all the cutlery, utensils, pots and pans you will need. A toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and blender can also be found here. A large cooker with oven and grill, large fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher are fitted all with instructions.
DINING AREA - a very stylish and dressed area with a 6 seater table and chairs for all your formal dining requirements.
BREAKFAST NOOK - an elegant breakfast area with table and chairs that will seat four, overlooking the swimming pool and patio area.
3 bedrooms, sleeps 8.
MASTER BEDROOM - this large and beautiful appointed room has a Queen size bed, dressing table, bedside chests, and excellent walk-in-wardrobe. Patio doors open directly into the beautiful secluded pool area with private lanai.
EN-SUITE - a very spacious en-suite with twin wash basins, double shower.
2ND BEDROOM - another large and spacious room with two Queen Beds and large chest of drawers.
THIRD BEDROOM - a nice fresh room with one Queen Bed.
3 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.
Main Bedroom EN-SUITE - a very spacious en-suite with twin wash basins, double shower.
2ND BATHROOM - this room sits next to the twin bedroom and is fully fitted with a bath and overhead shower, single wash basin and w.c.
3RD BATHROOM - in the poolside area.
GAMES ROOM 20 x 19FT of fantastic playing space, 7ft Pool table, 7ft Air Hockey Table and Pinball FREE for your use.
SWIMMING POOL - a private and screened 26/13ft pool with shallow and deep end, the pool and patio area have lots of evening lighting, so your fun and enjoyment is unlimited.
The property is not overlooked at the rear. There is a very spacious area at the rear of the property as this is one of the larger plots of land on the site.

Plenty of space to chill out and relax after a hard day at the parks!
