West Stonebridge Luxury Executive 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Villa

The living room is open plan design with the dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. The living room is furnished with two 3 seater sofas, one of which converts to a double bed for guests use if needed. There is a large TV with cable channels, a DVD player with a selection of films and a Sony music system on which guests can play their own CDs. The living room looks onto the pool area.

The kitchen is an open plan design and has a large cooker with oven, a microwave oven and an easy to use dishwasher. In true American style there is a very large fridge freezer with ice maker. There is also a garbage disposal unit. All the necessary pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are provided as well as some small appliances such as: filter coffee machine,  toaster and food blender.

The dining area has a large table comfortably seating 6 people, there is a further table which seats 4 people in the breakfast nook.

The Master bedroom is a large, spacious comfortable room, comprising a Queen size bed with bed side tables, a spacious walk in wardrobe and a double chest of drawers. There is a large TV provided with cable channels for your entertainment. The bedroom gives direct access to the pool through patio doors. The master bedroom also has a well appointed en suite.

Bedroom 2 is a comfortable room with a double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and also has a TV with cable channels. It has a spacious en-suite with a walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 is a tastefully decorated twin room with a built in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space . There is also a TV with cable channels. Bedroom 3 shares the third bathroom with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4 is our Disney room which is tastefully decorated with a touch of Disney for our younger guests. There is a built in wardrobe, plenty of drawer space and a TV with cable channels. There is a selection of Disney soft toys and books for our guests to enjoy.

The Master en-suite is a well appointed room comprising of a separate walk in shower, large corner bath and his and her basins it also gives direct access to the pool area through a screened door.

Bedroom 2 en-suite is another lovely bathroom comprising a spacious walk in shower and wash basin.

Bathroom 3 has a combined bath/shower and a wash basin

Bath towels are provided in all bathrooms for guests use.

The games room is equipped with a high quality full size slate bed pool table, a Foosball table and an electronic mini basketball game. There is also an electronic dart board for guests use. Our games room is the ideal place to relax for a few hours in the evenings.

The rear of the villa benefits from a lanai which encloses the private pool and spa. There is a partially covered area of the lanai where there is a table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining and also sunloungers for relaxing on. The pool is over -sized allowing swimming as well as just splashing around, built onto the side of the pool is the spa which can be used for complete relaxation for those that don't wish to join others in the pool. Both pool and spa can be heated if requested at time of booking.

We provide Wi-fi internet access free of charge for our guests who travel with lap- tops. Details of the log in are provided with the booking confirmation.

We also provide in our villa a travel cot and high chair for our special little guests, also for their safety all doors giving access to the pool area are equipped with audible alarms preventing children from accessing the pool without proper supervision.
