Our large, comfortable and airy living area has a large cable TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 and video player. It has two large settes with coffee table. We provide a book case which contains books on Florida, the local area, maps etc, and guests have kindly added to this useful information source. Various paperbacs etc help you pass those relaxing hours on the pool deck. |
| Kitchen |
Our well equipped kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, complete with ice maker. A toaster, coffee maker, grill, microwave oven and good range of pots etc make it easy to do your own cooking, whether it is a snack or main meal.
Adjacent to the kitchen is our 'breakfast nook' area, where you can sit, overlooking the pool and enjoy your breakfast, or perhaps a coffee break or two.
We also site our Wi-Fi internet router in the 'nook', complete with computer table. Please note, we do not provide a computer, and only 'wireless' laptops can use this facility.

Our main dining area provides full seating for 6 guests, and is great for those family get together meals, to talk over the days events. It is fully equipped with all the crockery and glasses etc that you will need. It is tastefully designed and we hope you will enjoy your meals there. |

Bedroom one is a lovely en-suite room, with Cable TV, Large, double walk-in shower, Twin wash basins and WC. Ample towels and Hair dryer are provided too. This suite has a large closet to keep your clothes, and of course, all that shopping!!. Oh yes, it has direct access to the swimming pool too. Ample linen is provided.
The second, double bedroom has Cable TV, ample storage space, and adjacent bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin, WC. Ample towels and Hair dryer are provided too. Ample linen is provided.
The third twin room, with two single beds has Cable TV, adjacent bathroom, with bath, shower, wash basin, WC. Ample towels and Hair dryer are provided too.Ample linen is provided.

Our master on-suite bathroom has a large, double, walk-in shower. Also, twin basins, Hair dryer, shaving socket, large and well it mirror,and seperate WC. Great when you get up in the morning, shower, put your costume on and straight access into the swimming pool.
Our second bathroom has a bath, shower, WC, wash basin, shaver socket, Hair dryer, and ample towels.
Our third bathroom is conveniently placed on the pool deck, and has Shower, wash basin, WC, Hair dryer, shaver socket, and ample towels. |
| Games Room |
Our games room is a very popular asset in our villa. We provide a large air hockey table, a pool table, a foosball table and dart board. We get excellent feedback about the games room, and hope you enjoy it too.
We also provide two full sets of golf clubs for the use of our adult guests, absolutely free. Details can be requested at the time of booking. All we ask in return is that you clean all clubs after use. Our nearest golf course is just 5 minutes away, and is a great course. There are of course, plenty of others to choose from, and all easily reached from the villa. |
| Pool |
Our large and private swimming pool is always a big hit with our guests. It has a large pool deck, with ample covered lanai area if you require a shaded area. It has it's own pool deck bathroom too, with shower, basin and WC.
On our pool deck you wil find ample seating, sun loungers, and two tabes, where you can dine al fresco, or just enjoy a quiet cocktail as the sun goes down. This really is a great place to unwind after a days shopping in the malls, or a busy day exploring all that Florida has to offer. |
| Outside |
We have planted the outside areas with some local palms, fruits and shrubs.They provide a beautiful display, and help provide a relaxing environment for your stay. If you are lucky, and stay at the right time of year, you can even pick your own bananas!! |
| Garage |
We have space on our drive for two vehicles. |
| Internet |
We provide a free Wi-Fi internet router so that guests can keep in touch with family, friends or business. We do not provide a computer, so guests will need to bring their own wi-fi enabled laptops with them. All codes etc are detailed in our free information pack that we provide once booking deposit is received.
Whilst on the 'electrical' items, we also provide a set of Walkie-Talkies, for use in the Parks, which will help you keep in touch with each other. |

For guests with babies or children we provide the following items, totally free of charge:
Two Travel Cots/Cribs, Two highchairs, a stroller, a pushchair, two roll away beds. Travel Cot/crib linen is provided too. |
| Accessible |
Our villa is all on one level, and doors and entrances are wide. There is a small drop onto the pool deck of about 3 inches, a 5 inch step into the villa, and a two inch drop into the games room, but everything else is on one level. |
| Pets |
We are sorry, but we do not allow pets in our villa for the benefit of the majority of our guests, and especially for allergy sufferers. |
Our main aim is to provide a comfortable, well equipped villa for you, our guest. We want you to have a fantastic 'holiday of a lifetime', and of course, we would love you to return another time. We keep in touch with our guests from the time of your booking up to the last day of your holiday, and often afterwards, and we welcome your feedback on your stay, which we use to improve or modify our villa and facilities. By the way, before you travel, once your deposit is received, we send you our Information Pack, which has loads of useful, and we hope, interesting information on the villa, the area, Theme Parks etc which helps you get off to a great start. We can even provide outline itineraries for your trip, to help you get the most from Florida.
