The family room offers modern comforts and entertainment systems for all the family with its 46” flat screen HD TV with live UK and European football, DVD and CD player, which allows music to be played inside and outside the house if required through our surround sound speaker system. Complete with a comfortable wrap round couch and chair.

Our totally integrated Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, American style fridge freezer, Oven and much more for your comfort and convenience. In fact, everything you could need to make it your "home from home".

The dinning area with its unsurpassed views of the lake allows you to dine together as a family in stunning features. Both the Dinning area and living area are open plan and connect to the front lounge via arch ways.

If the parks are not enough to entertain the children both big and small we have a fully equipped games room. With an 8ft slated pool table, air hockey and electronic darts board this is the room that will entertain the family for hours. Complete with TV and seating area.

The living room and kitchen area both open out to a spacious 30ft x 40 ft extended decking area that leads to the 14ft x 30ft pool and 6ft round raised spa with spa lights. For safety a child safety fence is supplied but can be removed if desired. With ample reclining and cushioned pool side furniture which consists of lounges, chairs and tables allows you to relax in the outdoors whilst soaking up the Florida sunshine, but for those who require shading a section of the pool area is protected by a covered 18ft lanai.

A 5ft outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill barbeque allows you to cook and dine "Al Fresco", it also has an outdoor toilet and shower area which is excellent for the children when playing in the pool. Providing ample reclining and cushioned pool furniture for all the family making it an ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks with elegant tranquil views of the lake.
