This is a 'HIGH CLASS, EXECUTIVE', luxurious and beautifully well designed villa, which is situated perfectly, overlooking a lovely conservation area at the 'Watersong Resort', close to exit 58 off the I-4, North of Polk County. Ideally located 15min's from the Disney World Parks and avoiding the hustle and bustle of a very busy HWY 192. This new community gives great access to parks and golf courses (Such as ' Reunion' at Champions Gate) which is only 5 minutes away. With 2 en-suite bedrooms and two twin rooms it serves family groups extremely well. It has a slate 'American pool table' and a foosball table in the games room, for those relaxing, or entertaining nights in.

Living/Lounge/Family Room

This is an open plan room which comprises living, dining and kitchen area. It is a spacious room with access to the pool deck and a nice view beyond. A large 42" LCD TV is a centre piece with Cable/DVD, HiFi and DVD's for your enjoyment.
Kitchen

This is a fully fitted, modern kitchen with American fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooker and every household appliance needed for your convenience. There are plenty of cups and glasses etc for your convenience.
Dining

This area is a seperate Dining area, allowing the family to sit down for a nice meal after a day at the parks.
Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

The Master Bedroom boasts a King size bed with a luxury twin basin en-suite. There is access to Lanai area from the bedroom and access to the pool via the en-suite. Cable TV/DVD is also standard.

Bedroom 2 consists of a Queen size bed with en-suite, Cable TV/DVD.
Bedroom 3 Is a Twin bedroom with joined shower room etc to Bedroom 4. Cable DVD.                               

Bedroom 4 also has Twin beds with joined shower room etc to Bedroom 3. Cable TV and Playstation2.

 
Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
Games Room

The villa has a converted garage into a Games Room. Consisting of a slate 'American pool table' and a foosball table, for those relaxing, or entertaining nights in.
Pool

The pool is a large one, with a built in spa for relaxation. It is recessed into a very spacious deck area which allows the sun to shine on it all day long.

A safety guard is provided to keep children from using the pool unattended. The pool furniture is of a high standard also, with room for eight to ten people seated at a time.

 
Outside

The lanai area is great for relaxing from the heat of the mid-day sun and it is fully equipped with an outdoor kitchen, which includes an integrated barbeque and sink unit.

Beyond this area is the pool deck. Views of conservation and two large ponds can be seen enveloping the rear of the property. Wildlife such as Sandhill Cranes, Deer and alligators are but a few of the wildlife which can be admired from a short distance.

Garage

This area contains a washing machine and a dryer for your clothing needs. It also is used as a games room.
