Large 6 Bedroom 5.5 Bath Luxury Florida Villa on Gated Community

 Mickeys Watersong Villa has two sitting areas for your comfort.

Relaxing Area has a large comfortable corner suite, footrest and rocker chair. A large screen tv showing all upgraded chanels is in this room as well as a dvd player.  This room is just off our more formal dining room.

Family Room

This room is where most of hustle and bustle of family life takes place. A modern sofa suite and 2 accent chairs adorn this room.  Situated off out large kitchen and nook families can chill out whilst playing the xbox 360 on wireless controllers or watch the large flat screen TV and DVD Player.  We have upgraded our cable package to include ESPN Sports that includes UK Premiership Football so there is no need to miss your favorite match when you are on holiday. 

In here you will also find a large selection of XBox Games, DVD collection, CDs and Board Games. These are all supplied FREE of charge for our guests to enjoy during their stay with us. Overlooking the pool area and conservation area you will not miss out on the action from inside.

A wirelesss Ipod Dock is also supplied in this room for your enjoyment.

 Our huge family kitchen has been fully upgraded for our guests.  We also made our cupboards larger so we can have more of your 'home from home' essentials that our guests come to expect from a home this size.

A large fridge freezer with ice and water machine awaits you as does a coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, large oven and hob as well all your cutlery, crockery, glasses, mugs, poolware and the all essential bottle opener and wine glasses !  We have supplied everything that we think you will need to make your stay feel like home.

 Our home has 2 dining areas.  One of these is called 'the nook' and is situated in our large dining kitchen  and has a large marble dining table that sits 6 people.  There is also an island within the kitchen with a couple of stools for extra seating.

The second of our dining areas is the formal dining room.  Here you will find a stunning dining table and chairs that is set and seats 8 people for a relaxing family meal. 

 Master Suite One

A huge King Size four poster canopy bed  welcomes you to the first of our Master Suites. In this room you will find luxury bedding, and top of the range bedroom furniture. There is plenty of drawer space as well as a large walk in closet.  The room overlooks out pool area and is situated on the lower level of our home. A flat screen TV with cable and dvd player are also provided for your use. 

Master Suite Two

This room is on the upper floor and also boasts a large king size four poster bed. Again luxury bedding is provided as is a flat screen TV showing cable and a DVD player.  A large dresser and 2 night stand table are provided giving you ample drawers space as well as a large walk in closet. Radio Alarm Clock Provided. Ceiling Fan

In this room you will also find a cot.

Master Suite Three

This room has a stunning Queen size bed, large dresser and mirror and 2 night stands with lamps. A radio alarm clock is provided.  Like our other Master Suites this room has loads of space and has a flat screen TV showing our upgraded cable package plus has a DVD player.  This room also has a ceiling fan. Although Master 3 has no walk in closet it has a large double built in wardrobe as well as loads of drawer space.

Master Suite Four

Master Four overlooks the Pool and Spa and conservation area. A large queen bed is in this room with once again luxury bedding supplied.  This room also has a flat screen TV  & DVD Player showing cable.  A dresser and two night stands offer lots of drawer space and again, although no walk in closet in here there is a large built in closet for your use.  A ceiling fan and radio alarm clock as also provided.

Themed Room One

Our Mickey Mouse themed room is themed on the movies.  With retro style bedding in red and black with decorative items on the walls this will not fail to please your children or teens alike.  With a night stand and large built in closet there is lots of space for clothes and like out master suites there is a flat screen cable tv and dvd player to keep the kids occupied when they are not enjoying themselves at theme parks, the pool or games room.  A Mickey lamp and Mickey alarm clock are also supplied. 

The room has black chunky bunk beds and also a twin bed, so the room sleeps 3 children comfortably.

Themed Room Two

This could be my favourite room in the whole house, a room based on Neverland!  With murals of Captain Hook and Smee watching you from their ship to Tinkerbell flying around the room.   There are large chunky pirate themed bunk beds and a twin bed in this room, so again sleeping 3 children or teens.  The room has 2 nightstands and drawer space under the beds offering enough space for clothes. There is also a Tinkerbell TV and DVD player in this room. The remote control is a 'wand' for turning the channels!   With funky bright coloured bedding this room is sure to bring a smile to your childs face.

Master Bath One is located of Master Suite One on the lower floor of our home and is the largest of all our bathrooms.  With a large walk in shower, huge tub and his and her sinks, marble worktops and fully tiled.   Hair tongs, Hair Dryer and Hair Straighteners are supplied in this room.

Master Baths Two, Three and Four all have large tubs, over the bath showers as well as WCs and sinks. The tiling on the walls and floors are all upgraded. 

Hair Dryers and Hair Straighteners are supplied in all these bathrooms also.

The Main Bathroom upstairs jack and jills the two themed kids rooms and has a large tub, over head shower, wc and sink.  Hair Drier and Hair Straighteners are supplied.

The Powder Room is located downstairs just off our family room.

All main bathrooms (5) have built in bathroom furniture offering lots of cupboard and drawer space for all your essentials plus of course we have supplied all hair dryers and hair straighteners in all these bathrooms too, so no queuing to get ready to hit the theme parks !

All bathrooms have large fluffy towels, hand towels, face cloths all supplied.

 Our large games room has a slate bed pool table, ping pong table, electronic basketball game and electronic score counting air hockey machine.

The room has been decorated tastefully and you will also find 2 lots of tables and chairs for seating as well a large cupboard full of pool toys, fishing rods and more.

An overhead fan is in the room as well as some standing fans to help with circulating the air con to help keep things cool when your games night becomes heated with dads cheating ! 

To us this was one of the most important parts of our home and spent time making sure the pool was going to be in the right direction and not overlooked.  We visited out home site at different times of the day to ensure we were going to have sunshine all day long as well stunning sunsets.  

We then upgraded our pool and spa with our guests in mind from the standard size to 30ft x15ft. We at Mickeys Watersong Villa also installed a top of the range gas heater so that the pool heats up in no time at all.  

The raised spa we installed can be heated independently of the pool and is set at 102 so why not relax in the spa with a glass of wine watching the stunning sunsets after a hard day at the parks.

We also thought about our guests who did not like the sun or for those of fairer skin and children who needed somewhere to have shade. We upgraded the lanai size to offer lots of shaded area for those who need it but still allowing them to enjoy the happenings by the pool side.  Although the lanai has been upgraded there is still ample room on the pool deck for those wishing to relax in the sun.

The pool boasts luxury padded loungers, a conversation set with love seat and coffee table and also 2 sets of outdoor dining sets.  There are more than enough seats for everyone to relax around our pool and spa.  

Pool toys are also supplied.

Safety in mind too we have a removable pool safety fence as well as having our patio doors to the pool alarmed.  We have also recently added Slideright to our doors also.   

 Our home is positioned on a conservation lot in a quiet cul de sac within our community.  There is wildlife in abundance from the turtles in the colony behind the trees,  to the sand cranes who adorn our streets and also the lake behind our home.

As we face South West we have sunshine all day long on out pool area including  some wonderful sunsets from our pool area in the evening. You can also sit back and watch the hot air balloons in the distance.

With no rear neighbours and a staggered pool position on the right hand side we are very private indeed.

The community itself offers relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Prefect for a memorable family vacation.

 FREE Wi-Fi Braodband service is supplied in out home and can be accessed in all rooms as well as out by the pool

We also have in our 'quiet area' on the upper floor a brand new PC workstation for our guests to use but also feel free to bring your laptop.

Our clubhouse at Watersong also has an internet cafe thats is FREE for our guests use.

 We are pleased to supply all our brand new baby equipment FREE of use for our guests.

A cot, play pen, baby alarms, car booster seats, car baby seat, high chair, cot bedding, books and 2 strollers are amongst the items we have to offer our guests.
