Large open plan living space comprising of large oversized sofa (seats 4) and 2 seater sofa. 42" flat screen television and DVD player, coffee table and side tables. Double patio doors lead to the pool area and are fitted with child safety sensors.
Family Room / Den consists of large chaise sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa is queen size and can comfortably sleep 2. 32" flat screen LCD television, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, Wii fit and balance board. A library of Wii games, books for all ages and board games are provided.

Viskay's self catering villas are situated conveniently near the I-4 occasionally referred to as the gateway to Florida as it runs past Disney and a host of major attractions including Busch Gardens at Tampa and the Gulf coasts' many golden beaches. Just a quick note to say what a wonderful time we all had in your Villa during our vacation to Florida.
From the moment of the booking to your e-mail on my return everything was effortless. Your Villa is exectly as described and your information pack that you sent out before we left for Florida was superb. The location is fantastic with only a short 10-20 min drive to the attractions(depending on treffic). The Villa was absolutely spotless on arrival and the directions made it easy to go straight there.
I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone and will be going back again soon.

Wow
This villa has the wow factor!From the moment we opened the door we were wowed by this villa- beautifully decorated and everything in pristine condition.We received an excellent brochure on booking which provided exact directions to the villa and lots of helpful info.The keys were left at the villa so there was no hassle trying to find an agent's office to collect keys .The villa had everything we could possibly have needed and we felt very safe and comfortable there .It is located within a modern development in a nice quiet area just minutes from Highway 4.There is a shopping centre closeby.All three bedrooms are luxurious with very comfortable beds.Lovely bathrooms.Nice pool and rec room .Utility room with large washing machine and dryer were excellent. The villa had lots of extra items outwith the usual spec . This all greatly contributed to a fantastic holiday

AMAZING!!
Wow, what an amazing villa. We stayed for two weeks in May and it was simply amazing. Everything was exactly as described and better, the location was great, the whole villa was immaculate, and the beds were so comfy, we have no complaints at all. From the moment we booked we were looked after, the management company were fantastic (they switched the pool heating on within 30 minutes of calling them), I cant recommend the villa highly enough. In terms of the location, it is 2 minutes from the I-4, 2 minutes to Taget or 5 minutes to Walmart. Disney is 10 minutes and Universal just a little longer.
Cant wait to book again for next year!!!

Stunning 5* Accommodation
What a luxurious home! We have stayed in various villas over the past 10 years vacationing in Florida, but this is by far the best. It's exactly as described, and unlike some we have experienced in the past - the photographs are accurate.
Beautifully decorated and very well maintained, this home is better than a hotel! Having the pool is indeed a luxury everyone should have on holiday. We will definitely stay again - we won't be booking any other villa. The booking process was easy right from the initial enquiry and Sara even provides a 'welcome guide' which is in fact a book detailing all we needed to know both about the house, location, directions and has included just about anything else you can think of. She has indeed thought of everything.
