The homes is a 4 bed 3.5 bath detached villa on Veranda Palms which is located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee literally 4 miles and less than 10 minutes to Walt Disney World.
There are 2 en-suite master bedrooms and 2 twin rooms with separate formal and dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen.
As you can see from the photographs the home has been furnished to a high quality and the extended deck area and 30 ft pool allows for enough room for up to 10 guests.
There is Wi-Fi internet connection, Cable TV package and all local and US calls are free.
Although located just of 192 with easy access to the nearby shops, bars and restaurants Veranda Palms really does give the feel of being 60 miles out in the country. You actually have your own personal entrance to the 1000 acre Shingle Creek Nature Reserve which is located next door. This preserve transports you back to the Florida of the 1800s with its array of nature trails, playgrounds and lakes and streams where you can Canoe and Kayak at your leisure.

Fantastic Villa
We stayed in this villa over Christmas and New Year 2011/2012. We loved every minute of it.The place was clean and very well furnished.The kitchen was well equiped and there was everything to hand to make meals for 6 people. The pool might have been a little bit warmer but this was probably due to it being a bit cold during the night. It was of course late December! Other than this we were very happy with this villa.If we were staying in Orlando again we would have no hesitation in asking to rent this place again. Well equiped, clean and close to the parks. Perfect. I'd also like to say that we rented this from Choice Overseas Homes Limited and found them to be very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great company and wonderful villa.

I didn't want to leave and neither will you.
My 2 week stay in this property couldn't have been better. The photos of the house certainly don't do it justice, spacious, clean and packed with everything I needed including Wi-Fi, heated pool with hot tub the icing on the cake.
Location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have totally relaxing days, but close enough to all the big attractions Disney, Universal, Seaworld etc.
Whether you eat in or dine out every night it is only a maximum 10 minute drive to find either a supermarket or resturant to satisfy every tastebud imaginable.
All in all if you're thinking of going to Orlando, Kissimee is the place, and this the accomodation.
