Fully air conditioned 4 bedroomed villa in the region of Tuscan Ridge just 15 mins from Disney. Providing ideal access for Golfer and Disney lovers. If you have never been to Florida then you are ideally located to all major road access points to Tampa and Orlando.

With Games room and Pool with adjoining Jacuzzi you are equipped with luxuries to enhance your stay in the sunshine state of florida. All modern features and access ideal for two families sharing with twin master bedrooms to keep families with private ensuites.

Can sleep 10 with the use of the pull out sofa if required.

Living

A Large room with widescreen Digital Cable television and large sofas to relax in at the end of a long day at the theme parks, there is a patio door to the Lanai with Pool and Jacuzzi so you can relax and wind down in comfort.
Kitchen

Well fitted kitchen with classic American size fridge with Ice Maker. All required appliances included to allow you to cook and entertain at home if you so require.

Two dining areas for formal and informal eating requirements.
Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

Master Suite

Comprises a King Size bed with Television and plenty of storage space and walk in wardrobe. The ensuite has a large bath and walk in shower as well as his and hers seperate wash area.

Second Master Suite

Comprises a Queen Sized bed with Televisoin and wardrobes as well as a Shower Room ensuite.

Two further Twin bedrooms each with TV and storage space

There is a further space for 2 if you wish using a pull out sofa bed if pushed.

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

One Family Bathroom between the twin bedrooms, each master bedroom has ensuites with full toilet facilities.
Games Room

Games room equiped with Pool Table and Table Football with Large Air Fans to keep cool.
Pool

Pool and Jacuzzi with optional pool heat recommended from October - March at additional cost per week of £95

The villa has a fully screened to keep the bugs out heated pool with connected raised Spa/Jacuzzi.

The pool has an extended deck and is equipped with poolside furniture and tables. You can catch up with the sun, or retreat to the shade of the lanai with cooling ceiling fans.
Outside

Larger than normal plots in the Tuscan Ridge area provide a nice level of space and privacy. The Pool has the sun throughout the day and the Jacuzzi helps reduce the aches of the day.

Pool heat is optional, but recommended between October and March. Pool heat is available for £95.00 per week. Security deposit of £125.00 is due before travel, refundable once the villa is checked by management agency. Payment possible by bank transfer or cheque.
