Tuscan Ridge Luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Villa

The family room is a large room with patio doors giving access to the pool area. Furnished to a high standard with 3 & 2 seater sofas. A 50" Flat screened cable TV with DVD player. The Great Room has 2 three seater sofas one which turns into a fold out sofa bed. The room is ideal for quiet time, and enjoys direct access to the pool area.

The large open plan fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances, including high capacity fridge freezer, with ice maker (most important), dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave, coffee maker, etc. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc are included.

A large well furnished formal dining room. A breakfasting nook which overlooks the pool area.

The Master Bedroom has direct access to the pool area, Queen size bed, cable TV and DVD Player.

2nd Master Bedroom to the rear of the villa, Queen size bed,cable  TV, access to the pool area is available through the en suite.

3rd Bedroom has twin beds with flat screened cable TV

4th Bedroom has twin beds and is styled with a Mickey theme. Cable TV, Wii & Playstation 2

The heated and screened South facing pool is surrounded by a large patio/deck with plenty of shaded areas for the essential break from the daylong sunshine. There are overhead lights and cooling fans making it an ideal place for alfresco dining in the daytime and evening. The pool also has underwater lighting for those evening dips.The pool area is accessible via patio doors from both master bedrooms, and both family rooms. All doors have child alarms fitted for your peace of mind.

Double Garage with electric controlled up and over door, access gained from inside the house.

villa was fab,clean and easily located with full instructions given to us before we left the uk. a nice welcome pack was in the kitchen on our arrival. and as we had paid for pool heating that was on as well. there is a fab guide book in the villa with loads of information on the area.plenty of bed linen and pool and bath towels and hairdryers in every bathroom!! two walmart supermarkets were only ten minutes away! the smoke alarms and door alarms were very sensitive would of been good to have an overide button. we went in november and the weather was hot!!! the christmas decorations at seaworld were the best ever!! you cant beat walking around in shorts n t shirts listening to 'white christmas'.

Just returned from two weeks in this fantastic villa. Easy to find, located just off hwy 27 with many places to eat and only 20 minutes to all the parks. The Villa was very clean and well equipped on our arrival and we found it extremely spacious with everything we needed, including the fabulous private pool, which gets the sun all day! Instructions and directions to the villa were very clear and the owner Bev even called to ensure everything was ok. I would definately book again and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thanks for a great holiday!

We have been here twice now and already booked again for next year.It is ideally situated for all the main sights eg Disney, Universal Resorts and shopping!!! The villa just gets better every time we visit.It is beautifully decorated, furnished and maintained. When you first go in the front door it has a real wow factor! It is extremely well thought out and has everything you could need for a great stress free holiday.The villa is full of personal touches that make a holiday perfect. We can highly recommend this as a holiday home!!
