Set on ¼ acre plot within the exclusive Tuscan Ridge development, with its two master bedroom suites and heated south facing private pool and spa, this luxury 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom villa with games room is the perfect holiday home for all the family.

Living The lounge is perfect for relaxing, watching your favourite shows on our 50 inch plasma Cable TV, DVD, or enjoy your favourite music on our Bose iPod dock or CD's on our Hi-Fi.
Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

Perfect for 2 families holidaying together is the inclusion of two master ensuite bedrooms. The main master has an American King-sized bed (ie 6 1/2 feet wide), with walk-in closet space, large shower cabinet, double ended bath and twin wash hand basins. The guest master has a Queen-sized bed (5 feet wide) with double wardrobes, shower cabinet, bath and wash hand basin. Cable TV's are included in all bedrooms. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have twin beds, wardrobes, and share a third bathroom with shower. The villa comfortably sleeps 10 people.

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
Games Room You can use the games room where we have an 8 foot slate bedded pool table, air hockey table, electronic darts board and a Playstation 2.
Pool

The heated pool is larger than standard and incorporates a spa hot tub, and the deck area has been extended to give a very large outdoor dining and sunbathing area. The patio furniture is versatile and particularly comfortable. Out here, you will also find our stainless steel gas barbecue.
