Tuscan Ridge - Florida Magic - Luxury 4 Bed 3 Bath Villa

The family room has a 37" HD TV and a seperate DVD player, DVD's are also available for you to watch, if you dont fancy the titles, then you can rent from Walmart for $1 per night. The Patio doors open onto the Pool Deck.

The Sitting room has a 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa and chair, patio doors open out onto the Pool Deck.

The fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all crockery and utensils you may need. There is a walk-in pantry and large Fridge/Freezer with ice/cold water dispenser. All linens etc and more are also available. There is a seperate laundry room consisting of washer and dryer, plus ironing board and iron. Pool towels are also supplied for use in the pool area.

There is a formal dining table and chairs or a smaller breakfast nook.

1 x Queen Master, 1 x Full master, 2 x twin rooms (Themed) Disney and Animal Kingdom. All bedrooms have TV's and the 2 master suites have DVD players as well. The 2 master suites both have direct access to Pool and Deck area. All doors to Pool area have child-proof alarms for safety.

The front master has twin vanity sinks (his n hers), garden bath tub and walk-in shower. There is also a seperate WC and large walk-in wardrobe. The back master has single vanity unit walk-in shower and WC. There is also a hairdryer available.

Our Games Room is jam packed with things to keep you occupied, when you start to shrivel up from being in the pool too long, why not head for the games room and have some fun. Pool Table, Basketball, Table Tennis, Darts, One-Arm bandit and a 48 game Arcade machine have been installed so you can keep busy.

The Pool is SW facing so gets sun all day. There are 4 sun loungers and 2 tables with 8 chairs on the deck. All doors leading to the Pool Area are alarmed for Child safety.

The oversized deck area has plenty of room for Al-Fresco dining, with 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool. The villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood, which is great after hectic days at the Parks.

FREE WI-FI access is available at our villa, so you can sit by the pool and keep in touch with family.

New Cot, Highchair and Mamas and Papas pushchair are all available FREE OF CHARGE, also all cot bedding etc.

The Villa is on one level and the door openings are wide enough for a wheelchair.

Our home is PET FREE.

We could not of asked for more..........staying here at Debbie & Jerry's beautiful home actually made our holidays complete. The location and facilities were brilliant. Myself, husband and sons (aged 20 & 15) thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and we all loved staying at this villa that had everything we needed for a stress free comfortable holiday. Debbie even made a courtesey phone call to us just to make sure we were settling in ok and see if we needed any further information etc. Would definately reccommend and stay again! Thank you!

My family (husband/two young boys) have visited this lovely Florida Villa on 2 occasions. Bright, clean and well appointed - it has been a delight to use as our base for Orlando theme parks (25 mins to Universal). The pool/ lanai area is fab and the games room invaluable for the children. All bedrooms have tv's - a big plus for kids - master bedroom suite lovely. Debs and Jerry are a delight to deal with - always professional/helpful and continually improving the villa facilities. We do hope to visit their Florida home again in the near future.

the villa was easy to find and was very clean and well maintained,the owners have supplied everything that is needed for a family, with featured bedrooms for the kids and a super games room, also the lovely pool, the villa was very spacious, and located not to far from the parks, resturants,and shops,all information at the villa. everything you need to have a great hoilday.

Directions and instructions were perfect. The home was very clean and extremely comfortable, also very homely so made you feel good. Games room is excellent with loads to keep you busy. In 2007 we stayed at a lovely house on Barbera Drive in Tuscon Ridge .The house had an ideal floorplan for our group of 6-grandparents -daughter & son-in-law and two teenage girls.The master suite was to one side with a living room next to it thus we were very private. How happy I was in 2010-via VRBO web site-to find a house with the same layout on the same street in Tuscan Ridge.We booked it for a month-Feb. 13-March 13 and came to know Deb.She was a pleasure to deal with,answering my many questions patiently!! A Welcome mat greeted us at the door and upon entering another "Welcome to Debbie & Jerry's' Place was visible.The house was everything we were looking for.We spent a happy month in spite of the unseasonal weather!!! One interesting feature was the'drawer' in the Kitchen which held needles,thread,scotch tape,duct tape,a scale to weigh suitcases,first aid items---if you needed it it was there.I enjoyed the family pictures that were displayed and the phone call from Deb on our first evening there. The south-west facing pool/lanai area was well arranged with lots of space and comfortable furniture with accessibility from four different areas in the house. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need and we had some great meals there. We were not into the touristy thing as we had done it all before.However all were very convenient to visit. This place I highly recommend for a nice tranquil stay.
