After a hectic day in the parks or at the Florida Mall relax in our beautiful extremely spacious house (3000sq.ft). With a large family room and a separate sitting room there is plenty of space to spread out and escape from the kids.
There are Two living rooms one with 50" Plasma (including HD Cable) and the other with normal cable TV with DVD and PS2.
Large fully equiped kitch with everything you require to make this the perfect home from home.
There is two dining areas one in the dining room and the other by the kitchen, plus there is a large breakfast Bar. Also there is table and chairs outside next to the pool on our extended pool deck along side our large gas BBQ.
4 bedrooms, sleeps 10.
There is a pull out Double Bed in the main Family Room plus there is a traval cot available free.
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
There is also downstaires Cloakroom and outside Pool shower
The Games room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Football Table and basket Ball game.
There is a Heated Pool (small fee if Require Heat) and a extended Deck with table chairs, Sun loungers and a Large Gas BBQ.
The Back is not overlooked from the rear.

There is Free wireless broadband and also a plug for direct connection

The down Staires has the main Master Bedroom and the open plan design gives good access on ground level
We do not charge for using credit card payment or we can send you a PayPal invoice and pay by cheque its up to you.

This was a wonderful place to use on your family getaway. It was centrally located to the beaches and theme parks. Ken and Shirley made my stay better than i could have imagined... this is the place to stay!!!

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed your villa. We had a wonderful week. Although it started of cold the familiar weather returned over the weekend and we hit 80 degrees on the Tue and Wed. Our only complaint was that we had only the one week. I have added your details to my ever growing database of villas in Davenport area that we have used. Friends are always asking us for recommendations as we spend a lot of time over there and I have no reservations about singing the praises of your lovely Villa. We will be out again in August but have no firm arrangements yet and I know you have bookings for then. I hope that trend continues, even with the current financial climate, and that your bookings keep flowing in. I would certainly avail of your services again.

This was our second visit to Orlando, but our first in a private villa. We absolutely loved your house. It was absolutely perfect for us and the only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. We had a truly fantastic time and really felt that the property and setting made this trip to Orlando even more special than our last one. We will definitely be in touch when we want to return and would recommend your home to anyone.

This was our first US holiday and I was not expecting the Villa to be so beautiful. It had everything, it had games for the kids. We were only a few minutes from the I4, this as we found was the road that led to all the attractions. The villa was on Tuscan Ridge a lovely quiet and friendly place. We absolutely loved being here. The children were so comfortable here that there were a fews days during our vacation they did not want to get out of their pajamas. They relaxed, enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the quiet neighborhood. Our time there was great. We had a small issue with the pool heat and I called the office, but did not expect anyone until the next day. Someone was there within 5 - 10 minutes. I was completely shocked. Now that is customer service. There are a lot of people that need to take a lesson. We will definitely come back to this place when we come back to Florida.
