Fabulous 4 Bed/3 Bath Villa with Games Room & South-Facing Pool

FRONT LOUNGE

This delightful lounge is situated at the front of the villa, just as you enter the home. The room has a high vaulted ceiling with fan and ceiling lights. Tastefully styled by interior designers, the furniture includes a love seat (two-seater sofa), a three-seater sofa, coffee table and table lamps for those relaxing evenings, when all you crave is peace, quiet and relaxation. There is still however a TV, a DVD player to watch movies or play CDs and even a PS2 games console so the kids can play here to their heart's content without hogging the big-screen TV in the family room.  

FAMILY ROOM

The everyday or family room presents guests with a true cinematic experience, as you and the kids sit back and enjoy a raft of exciting premium channels on our stunning 53” Panasonic High Definition wide-screen TV. If that wasn’t enough, there is also a DVD player so you can watch whatever takes your fancy. To complete this picture of a high tech paradise, mood lighting is provided by table top lamps and, as with the rest of our home, this sunny room has ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs. The 3-seater sofa also converts to a queen-size bed if required.

KITCHEN     

When you are not eating out, you can cook up a storm in our fully-equipped shrine to all things culinary, which includes a full-size ceramic-top cooker, microwave, huge fridge-freezer with ice-maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, extractor fan and waste disposal unit. In addition, you will also find a coffee-maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, together with all the usual pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, glasses and accessories you could ever need.

Although not directly a part of the kitchen, there are also full laundry facilities provided in a separate laundry closet, comprising a full-size washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.

DINING NOOK
Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is a table with seating area for four which is superb for breakfasts and casual dining - that is when you are not indulging yourself with al fresco dining out on the pool deck!

DINING ROOM

The dining room has a large rosewood dining table with seating and place settings for six. In this beautiful room we have installed a Wi-Fi enabled desk top computer system with 24/7 unlimited high speed internet access, as well as a printer/scanner and faxing facilities. Naturally, our high speed Wi-Fi connection means that if you bring your own wireless-enabled laptop, you can surf the internet from anywhere in the house… even out on the pool deck!

MASTER BEDROOM 

The gorgeous master bedroom, with its decadent king-size bed and quality bed linens, is a haven of relaxation that will cosset you at the end of a busy Floridian day. With ample drawer space and a cavernous walk-in closet that will satisfy the needs of even the most compulsive shopper, you will never run out of storage space! We have also installed a security safe in this closet so that you can lock all your important documents and monies safely away. Other features of this beautiful room include a TV, ceiling fan and a sneaky short cut directly out onto the south facing pool deck.
 

BEDROOM 2

Features a beautiful queen-size bed with quality linens, TV, dresser, matching nightstands, ample storage and a cooling ceiling fan. This bedroom also has immediate and direct access to the second full bathroom, thus effectively creating a second en suite facility.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4

The remaining two twin-bedded rooms are ideally located adjacent to the third full bathroom. The twin-bedded rooms, like the rest of the home, have been lovingly styled with a pair of twin beds per room, recessed closets, cable TVs, ceiling fans and ample drawer units.

MASTER EN SUITE

Our extremely luxurious master en suite bathroom will ensure that you are pampered to within an inch of your life, featuring, as it does, a walk-in shower, a Roman style bath tub, his 'n' hers sinks, a hair dryer and a large vanity mirror. There is also direct access to the pool deck, which allows you the opportunity to slip straight into the shower when you have finally managed to drag yourself away from the crystal clear waters of our (optionally heated) private pool.
 

BATHROOM 2

Located immediately adjacent to the queen bedroom, this bathroom to all intents and purposes provides a second en suite facility. With a W.C, bath with shower, sink with vanity cupboard and large illuminated mirror, as well as a hairdryer, there will never need to be any arguments about someone "hogging the facilities”!
 

BATHROOM 3

Located immediately adjacent to the two twin bedrooms, this bathroom provides a W.C, bath with shower, sink with vanity cupboard and large illuminated mirror, as well as a hairdryer.

GAMES ROOM

Our fantastic games room serves up just about as much fun as any family could ever want. Fully decorated and carpeted, it is equipped with an 8ft slate-bed pool table, large air-hockey table and an electronic dartboard, as well as a bar table and stools for spectators to sit and cheer or jeer! Cooling fans are also provided for your comfort.

If the games room and the PS2 in the front lounge were not enough fun already, to say nothing of the pool. you also have access to the on-site tennis court as well.

POOL

Our stunning, south-facing swimming pool will strike exactly the right note for anyone who fancies a little fun and adventure splashing about in its shimmering, sun drenched waters. For those who prefer to take the lazy option and simply top up their suntan, or chill out in the shade of the lanai, we have provided top-of-the-range loungers and a cool ceiling fan to enhance your outdoor enjoyment. We even have a weatherproof table and chairs should you desire a little al fresco dining, and subtle underwater lighting allows you to extend your bathing time to take full advantage of those laid-back, balmy Florida evenings. And don’t forget your camera, as you will definitely want to capture the full majesty of each unforgettable Floridian sunset, all from the comfort of our fabulous pool deck.

Complimentary wireless internet is provided for use with your own personal equipment, as well as a PC which is also wireless-enabled.

Full baby equipment is provided at no additional cost. This includes a travel crib, bedding and high chair.
