The description given for the property was excellent, On arrival the property was clean & well maintained, I would defiantly recommend this property. The customer service from the owner was excellent, any questions asked were dealt with promptly. During our stay we covered all Universal / Sea world parks including Discovery cove which was out of this world. As usual the parks were amazing but i would like to recommend Busch Gardens, this is by far the best park if you have elder children. We have stayed at Tuscan ridge on previous holidays and found it to be a very friendly, well maintained area. This property was outstanding and was great to come back after a day at a park or shopping. Thanks for a great Holiday The Smart Family

We couldnt wait to come back to stay in your beautiful villa again. It really is a home from home and some days we didnt even want to go out. Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants as well if you didnt want to travel far. And the new Posner Park only 5 mins away with Target, J.C. Pennys and the amazing Ross dress for less with bargains to die for!!! Aslo check out Dicks in the same place for amazing sports stuff!!! Didnt want to come home

The villa had every convenience and luxury plus more!!! I loved the garden swing and the solar heated pool, this was the first time in my life that I have swam so much. The villa is in such a pleasant safe quiet area and situated perfectly for the sun. It had such a homely feel, like you are in a family member's house. As you know we got married at Cypress Grove whilst there and were delighted to find a bottle of champagne at the villa on our return, thank you American Homes. Allison was a delight to deal with, so pleasant and easy going and really helpful with the info for discounted tickets. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa as it was the best we have stayed in. We love Florida and will definitely be returning, hopefully to this villa. Woouldn't it be lovely to spend christmas there?. Nearly forgot to mention how convenient it is with Chemist, Subway Burger King and lots of other restaurants near by plus Posner Park, a shoppers dream. My best discovery this time was the Way out West store...WOW!! Thank you so much Allison, you will definitely be hearing from us again. You have a beautiful home... Kind Regards. Caron.

We loved the house! It was better than explained on the internet, we all enjoyed it very much! The neighborhood felt very safe and it was close to everything we wanted to go to. Target, payless shoes, JCPennys and more is located within 5 minutes drive. We will definitely consider to rent the house again if we go back to Orlando. We just loved it and really wants to go back! Maybe in the spring next year!

The description given for the property was excellent, the web site is very descriptive & if anything does not do the property full justice. The directions to the property were excellent & actually identified a shortcut to the route I have taken on previous visits which saved me around 10 mins per journey each way. On arrival the property was clean & well maintained, the only concern was to keep it looking that way during our 3 weeks with 3 under 7's. I would definatly recommend this property. The customer service from the owner was excellent, any questions asked were dealt with promptly & helpfully, the owner even notified us of an offer at Disney for park tickets which saved us a considerable amount of money. During our stay we covered all Disney & Universal / Sea world parks including water parks. As usual the parks were amazing but i would like to recommen the newly opened Aquatica, this is by far the best water park in Orlando! The house offers very suitable catering facilities although the fire alarm can be irritating in the kitchen area. We dined out on several occasions with our favourite restaurants being The Olive Garden & Tony Romas.

Just back to the UK after a fantastic holiday, perfectly complimented by your wonderful villa. Easily found off US-27 and minutes away from I-4, you will need a car to fully enjoy this property. You can be in the Disney area in 20 mins, Seaworld in 25 and Universal in 30. We would highly recommend Discovery Cove for a special occasion. The accommodation was as described; beautifully presented, exceedingly clean and well maintained. The area was exceedingly quiet, a blessed relief after the bustle of the parks. The outside/pool area was the focal point for our group, so welcoming after a hot day in the nearby attractions. We had to drag the kids from the pool to get them to bed on occasion! The bedrooms were well appointed, the kitchen lacked for nothing, even hairdryers were available (my wife and daughter express their eternal thanks!) and my son enjoyed putting one over on me on the pool table in the games room (37 frames to 33 over two weeks). Two large supermarkets were within 5 minutes drive (and a huge Walmart a further 5 minutes away in Haines City, south on 27), along with various fast food outlets if you couldn't muster the energy to cook. We would highly recommend "Chinese to Go" (who deliver) at the Walgreens complex and if eating out, we all loved Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay in this lovely home (it felt like one) and we were able to explore the parks and attractions at our own pace. Allison was extremely helpful before leaving with her ticket tips and extremely prompt in all her correspondence. Many thanks for all your help. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Villa Tuscali to friends and family and would definitely use this gorgeous villa again if in the area.

Hi Allison, We are all in that depressing state of the Monday morning feeling after returning home last Friday. I just wanted to drop you a line to say that we had a wonderful time and that your villa was everything we hoped it would be! After looking at your website for nearly a year it was great to finally get out there to see it for real. Those anxious feelings disappeared as soon as we got through the front door to see that everything was just as you have described it. My family loved it, from the two lads who were either playing pool or jumping in the pool to my little daughter who, now that she can swim just wouldnt come out of it! The living space was superb and it was a fantastic retreat after those long hectic days in the parks. The average temperature whilst we we there was 95F , the hottest we have had in our three trips, even the locals were saying it was hot. It was also the driest time we have experienced, on only two occasions did the afternoon storm clouds build up, so we had a great time! Well all good things must come to an end and i would like to think that we left your house as we found it and I trust that American vacations will confirm the same. We are already discussing our next trip ( probably as a way of therapy to beat the post holiday blues) and would very much like to stay with you again. Trust is a major thing on such big holidays and to find something like yours just gives me the reassurance i value when making the booking. We have been to Orlando 10 times and have stayed in villas many times before. I loved the layout of this villa and the interiors were lovelly with a pool that gets the sun all day long. All my family loved it and we were very comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. Fantastic location and a small and very well looked after estate with lots of shopping nearby. I would recommend Allison,s villa to all my family and friends and hopefully will return again I would also like to thank Allison for all the information provided before we travelled Don't hesitate to book this villa as you will have wonderful time
