The main family living area is part of an open plan design blending with the dining and kitchen areas and provides arguably the favourite zone indoors for the family to enjoy vacation times together. With a view through the adjacent sliding doors onto the lanai and pool outside, the lounge features 2 large sofas and an armchair situated around cherry wood furnishings including a large coffee table, media unit with flat screen TV and 2 further side tables with lamp lighting and ceiling fan situated over head to cool the lounge from humid temperatures outside!

The kitchen is an immaculate and contemporary white suite of units, well equipped with the major appliances and laundry facilities are off the kitchen area. The breakfast bar area seats 3, ideal for families joining in the conversation while the cooking is underway.

The villas benefits from 2 dining areas.  The main dining area next to the lounge has a cherry wood table with seating for 6 and pretty candelabre lighting overhead. The breakfast nook is off the kitchen and enjoys a fantastic view of the pool area. There is an ornate table with seating for 4 - a perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast and read of the paper.

The 1st Master Bedroom is a spacious, tranquil room styled in gentle pastel colour scheme offering direct access and views to the pool area via sliding doors. Featuring a King size bed and light oak furniture including 2 nightstands each with lamp lighting, wardrobes, and double chest with oversize ornate mirror and TV. The large modern white ensuite with stylish lighting hosts a double walk-in shower, separate soak tub and units with matching His and Hers sinks

The 2nd Master Bedroom dressed in warm and neutral soft furnishings hosts a Queen size bed, light oak pretty ornate wood furniture including 2 nightstands with lamp lighting, wardrobe, double chest and oversize mirror with TV. The ensuite offers a shower over bath arrangement and single sink vanity unit.

The 3rd Bedroom styled in attractive coastal-themed soft furnishings hosts a Queen size bed, 2 nightstands each with lamp lighting, wardrobe, and tall chest with TV. 

The 4th Bedroom features twin beds, a nightstand with lamp lighting, animation wall art, and a chest with TV making it ideal for the younger family members.

The villa has 2 Ensuites to each Master bedroom and 1 Family Bathroom with shower over bath arrangement and single sink, situated between bedrooms 3 and 4.

A well appointed games room with a pool table, and a large flat screen TV with high table and bar stools - fantastic for a game on the installed PS3 player. Perfect for after-dinner family games to liven up the evenings at home. 

The villa boasts a private pool with spa and large lanai area with both table and seating for 4. There are sun loungers on the sun deck, perfect for relaxing whilst overseeing the kids splashing around in the pool.

Dear Claire, just thought I'd let you know that we had a wonderful holiday in Orlando and that the villa was just as described on site and lived up to our expectations. Also our welcome pack was there ready and waiting as organised by you, thank you. It was in a very convenient position and the parks were easy to find once we'd got our bearings. All the family were delighted with the pool, especially our grandchildren, and made the most of it. The games room was well equipped and used by the men most days. It was a lovely beautifully kept house and we would recommend it. Checking in and out was easy. I would certainly use your agency again and would recommend you to our friends.
