Fabulous Home from Home
Having just returned from a marvellous 2 week stay at Villa Moderne, we have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others. Spacious, modern, clean, well equipped and great location, what more could you ask for? Helpful information supplied in advance of our stay and all queries responded to quickly. This is a lovely family home furnished to a high standard. Accomodation and facilities are to a high specification. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Villa Review
Nice open spacious villa in gated community. Close to Disney and local facilities. There were many things in the villa which we were able to use during our stay such as a large cool box, pool inflatables, water spray fans and ponchos etc.

The fantastic Villa Moderne!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our three week stay at Villa Moderne. We found the villa was very well located with all the parks an easy drive away as well as shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and anything else you could want/need. The owner, Jan, couldn't have been more helpful from our very first enquiry. The villa itself was incredibly well presented and significantly better than any villa we've stayed in before. There was plenty of space for everyone - even with eight adults sharing we never felt cramped! The pool and spa were amazing to come back to after a long day in the parks. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend to anyone.

You MUST book Villa Moderne!!!
The photos,description and previous reviews of Villa Moderne are spot on! This villa exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our 3 week holiday in Orlando. We were a family of 4 but in spite of its spacious interior we were still very much at home. The location is excellent and we are of the opinion that Tuscan Hills looked to be the best housing community in the area. The community is very quiet and the villa pool area is not overlooked (unlike a lot of others). Jan, the owner, was brilliant right from our initial enquiry through to now on our arrival back in the UK. She responded promptly to emails and phone calls - even when on holiday herself!Everything has been thought through to ensure that you will have a fabulous holiday. If you are going on holiday to Orlando then you must book this villa - you will not be disappointed!

The villa was lovely and the whole family were impressed, not an easy achievement with my lot. !!! The villa was very large, well laid out and furnished to a high standard. The pool was lovely and so warm with the pool heat. The games room was well stocked and along with the board games and computer games there was so much to keep you entertained. The villa is in a quiet developement and easy to find. Jan, the owner was very helpful and prompt in answering all my questions. I would not hesitate in recommending this villa or returning to it myself.

Our families enjoyed 3 weeks of sunshine in this fabulous property in October 2010. This was our first villa holiday in Florida and we were overwhelmed on arrival by the immaculate yet homely interior. The photos do not let you truly appreciate the spacious living area on offer. The children enjoyed fun in the pool every day. Overall, a home from home with the added benefit of fantastic weather. Hope to return, and will be recommending to our friends.

Life of luxury!
We have just returned from our first stay in Orlando and this is our first time in a Villa.......AMAZING!! The photos do not do it justice and we lived the life of luxury for 2 weeks. The pool and spa are just what you need after a day in the parks and it has everything you need whether you are a family or if it is just the two of you.
The owners ensured we were happy at all times and went over and above for us before, during and even after our stay.
If you are going to Orlando then we recommend you stay here definately! We WILL be returning for our next visit.
The location is perfect and has plenty of shops and restaurants just a short distance away. It is close to all the parks and we can find no faults at all with our stay here.
We challenge you to be disappointed......I promise you won't be!

Luxury Villa you couldn't fault
This villa is amazing, and I would recommend anyone to stay here.
It is close to the 192, and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets nearby, easy to get to parks.
The villa is spotless, the pool is lovely, our children had there own bedroom, bathroom and walk in wardrobe each , which they loved and so did we.
Plenty of games and books provided, plus free phone calls to UK and a computer to use.
Flat Screen tv's and a games room with a brilliant basket ball game, can any one beat 48!
Massive fridge, dishwasher and plenty of supplies for you to use.
Absoulutely loved it, Jan was very helpful in the whole process and I would definately go back

Amazing Villa
This was our 1st visit to Orlando so we were apprehensive about booking a villa DIY. The owner was fantastic, making contact when we initially booked and even ringing us when we arrived to make sure everything was OK. The villa itself is fantastic, beautifully decorated and spotless with all the extras you can think of, books, board games etc. The only downside was that we had to come home. Would definately recommend this villa to anyone, and when we return to Orlando, Jan will be my first port of call.

VILLA MODERNE - TUSCAN HILLS
This is our 7th year going to Florida & this has been one of the best villas so far. It was spotlessly clean, everything catered for, the basket ball in the games room was very addictive. Plenty to do in this villa, relax by the pool, very peaceful & quiet, would recommend this villa to anyone!

FABULOUS VILLA EXACTLY AS IT IS THE PICTURES
JUST BACK FROM OUR HOLIDAY IN ORLANDO AND YOU REALLY CAN'T COMPARE THIS VILLA WITH THE REST BECAUSE IT'S IN A LEAGUE OF ITS OWN. JAN IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROVIDES YOU WITH ALL THE NECESSARY INFO BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. TUSCAN HILLS IS JUST THE RIGHT DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE BUZZ OF THE THEME PARKS BUT STILL WITHIN EASY REACH OF EVERYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED INCLUDING RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS, CHEMISTS, PETROL STATIONS ETC
THE VILLA IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND HAS BEEN VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND LOOKED AFTER. THE OWNERS HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING YOU NEED HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND IF YOU HAVE KIDS (BIG OR SMALL) EVERYONES CATERED FOR WITH THE COMPUTER, GAMES ROOM, WI FI, BOOKS, GAMES AND PS2.

You've stayed in the rest, now stay in the best
I and my family have stayed in a number of Florida villas and I can say that this is the best. Jan went out of her way to make things as easy as possible and even checked that we were settled in.
The villa itself is all down to fixtures and fittings with a style that you can't help but admire.
The games room adds a different angle and gives everyone plenty to do after a day out, (If you still have tne energy!)
Some other villas look tired and a bit rough round the edges, but not this one. I just hope that everyone treats it like a home from home so it stays that way.
If you're after retail therapy or directions to anywhere, the PC on the landing is a real boon. We checked prices, got directions and ideas on things to do and places to go. This is just another added benefit of Villa Moderne.

Villa Moderne
The villa is amazing. and the pictures really don't do it justice. I took my 11 year old niece and she didn't want to leave.
When I had a query about the phone (my fault for not reading the instructions correctly), the owner phoned personally to sort us out within minutes of emailing.
Great area, quite enough to be peaceful listening to the crickets in the evening from the hot spa, yet close to supermarkets, fuel and as many eating places as you can imagine on highway 192. It's very hard to imagine a nicer villa. We loved it.

WONDERFUL VILLA
Recently back from a wonderful 2 weeks in this villa. The property was everything we could have hoped for and more. We were 2 families of 4 but the place was so spacious we never felt overcrowded. The pool and spa were lovely to come home to after a busy day at the parks and we all had a lot of fun in the games room - but particularly my two boys who practically lived in there!
This villa stands out from other holiday rentals as it has lots of "extras" that you wouldn't expect such as a pc with internet access, games, books, dvd players which make it feel like a real home.
The location of the villa is great, close enough to all the attractions but far enough away that you're not in one of the really touristy areas.
Communication from the villa owners before our trip was excellent. Cannot recommend it highly enough

MODERN LUXURY
We have just returned from a week at this lovely villa, its was well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished - a real pleasure to be in. The pool was a good size and was nice and warm (our 10 year old almost developed gills), the games room was also a huge hit with children and adults alike. The fabulous artwork, leather furniture and wide screen TV gives the whole villa a contemporary edge.
All in all the villa feels and is luxurious and personal.

CHILLING OUT IN FLORIDA
If you want to relax a little away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, then Tuscan Hills is for you. Exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished and dotted with works of art, then this is the villa to choose. There is a pool and jacuzzi; internet access. plasma TV and DVD player and an excellent cooker if you want to eat at home - a good range of supermarkets nearby. Kids and adults alike will love the games room. A great place to relax and tour what Florida has to offer. Don't miss Mount Dora and the Kennedy Space Centre as well as Disney and Celebration. Thanks to Jan and Alan for a restful and rejuvenating stay.

For a little extra you get a whole lot more!
Villa Moderne in Tuscan Hills is a real hidden gem. From a location point of view it's on the 'right' side of Disney - ie. the other side to the airport so it's easy traffic wise (15-20 minutes) and you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Inside the villa is beautifully furnished, a massive en suite main bedroom and very large open plan living area with plain walls and bright original art everywhere. On arrival the villa was spotless, sanitised and sealed toilets and towel packs beautifully presented and colour co-ordinated. The pool is a good size and the spa part heats up quickly and the games room was a real hit for our two children aged 12 and 15.
We've stayed in a few Florida villas and they're normally spacious as that's the American way but here it is space and quality - a bit like the Banyan Tree versus the Marriot only in this instance it's not double the cost!
