Our spacious open plan Living room contains two luxurious sofas and a large comfortable chair, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of each action packed day. Patio doors allow direct access onto the pool deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight with the south facing pool and a good view out. One of the sofas can be easily transformed into a queen sized bed. To keep everyone entertained you will find a large screen cable TV, DVD with films, CD player with MP3 facilities, and a Laptop with FREE Wireless Internet, while an added bonus for the children includes a selection of toys, board games, DVD and a Playstation 2 with the latest titles. There is also an IPod Docking station that accommodates all models.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen adjoins the Dining area and comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher, and Coffee Machine (essential for those early morning rises for the Theme Parks). A breakfast bar has enough seating for two people. If you need to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine and tumble drier located in the laundry cupboard. All the bed linen and towels are provided for your needs. Also in the Kitchen is a telephone from which all calls are free of charge as part of the rental. This applies to any destination worldwide !!

Located conveniently between the Living room and the Kitchen is the Dining area. Our dining table can easily seat 8 comfortably ( you'd be surprised how many villas have availability for 8 but only offer eating facilities for 6!) and is solid wood, with matching upholstered seats. The open plan of our home means the table is ideal for formal and informal meals.We have crockery and table linen for both occasions cloth settings and napkins for formal dinner and vinyl for everyday use. All the crockery and cutlery are provided for your needs. As an extra we have included children's plastic cutlery and plates/bowls.

Our villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are Master suites and two are Twin rooms. If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Living Room. This fantastic Master Suite is located on the ground floor and has a Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower, twin basins and a large vanity mirror. Additional luxuries include cable television and clock radio, whilst storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. As a final touch of elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck. The remaining three bedrooms are all upstairs, including the second Master Suite. It contains a Queen sized bed and a good sized en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower and a luxuriously large corner bath tub. For your relaxation a cable TV is also situated in the room. Both Master suites have an abundance of storage space provided by large walk-in closets.

We offer 3 full size bathrooms. Ensuite to master suites upstairs, contains an indulgent corner bath, as well as walk in shower and plenty storage for all your toiletries. Ensuite to second master suite offers double sinks as well as another walk in shower and storage. The third bathroom, offers a traditional bath and shower. We have a separate downstairs toilet for convenience.

To add to your enjoyment we have converted our garage into a fantastic Games Room. The room features a Pool Table and a Table Tennis Table. We also supply Tennis Racquets and balls for our guests to enjoy the onsite Tennis facilities Free of Charge.

Our 26 x 13 foot pool is surrounded by a large extended paved patio. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March).
The paved pool deck is furnished to the highest standard with chairs, a table and sun beds, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. Alternatively you can enjoy drinks or an alfresco meal in the evening as the sun sets, with a BBQ from our Management Company.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained. For additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa all the doors and windows leading out onto the pool deck have security screening.
 

We have a covered lanai, which has an outside fan and a table and chairs, so you can enjoy the florida evenings outside. It over looks the fantastic South Facing 26x13 feet Swimming Pool

We supply a laptop for our guests to use.  The villa has private Broadband Wifi access to all our guests, and the password will be provided exclusively to you for your stay with us and you can relax around the pool or within the villa to surf the internet or pick up your e-mails.
