The Great Room – As its name implies is large and spacious. We have a large Corner Sofa plus 2 other sofas and 2 Rocker Chairs to provide ample seating to watch the 55 Inch Internet HDTV. It has a matching 5 Speaker Home Theater System for viewing DVD’s or listening to CD’s in comfort.  It also comes with a multi-room DVR allowing you to pause TV or record programs in the lounge and view them later in the comfort of your own bedroom.
 

The TV also has Internet facilities so you can check out Facebook without moving from the chair, but really you would be better to move over to the Villa PC on its own desk, which has a 25MB fiber broadband connection with Wireless so you can also log on to the network with your smartphone, laptop or IPad.

However should you prefer a more Al Fresco meal, but away from the pool area, you can go through to the Florida Room. This is screened in to keep any insects away from you and has a large octagonal table for you to dine on together with Padded chairs for extra comfort.

This is also a popular breakfast venue as it catches the rising sun in the morning.

 With 10 as a maximum. Each bedroom has its own TV allowing programs recorded on the multi-room DVR in the lounge to be viewed in the comfort of your own bed.

In the Spring and Autumn it can be beneficial to add the electric pool heating as it will ensure the pool warms quicker in the mornings. At these times a dicount is available as the slar will still be assisting with the heating.

The deluxe landscaping is regularly maintained and includes “Florida” Palm Trees set in lawns of  Floritam Turf with timed irrigation to keep it lush and green

The 40 acre lake  which is just across the road, opposite the Preserve, has seats along the bank so you can take in the view should you go for a stroll.
 

There is good fishing to be had in the lake with plenty of Bass and of couse the odd alligator.

With the lake and preserve close to hand you will find an abounance of wild life, from beautiful Butterflies to Amadillos, Turtles, Wild Turkey and many more. Remember in Florida where there is water there is always a chance of Alligators, If you do see one , which is rare on Thousand Oaks, it is against the law to feed them.

 No garage facilities as now games room but has wide drive suitable for 2 cars
