Thousand Oaks - Luxury 4 Bed 3 Bath Villa

There are two living/lounge areas. One for just chilling out and having some 'quiet time', the main family room has large digital TV and DVD with patio doors to pool deck.  It also has a desk with broadband PC.

Large fully equiped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and overhead microwave, dishwasher etc.  Large kitchen table.

A beautiful solid mahogany, glass topped table for dining in style.

The Villa has 4 double bedrooms.  The Master bedroom has a King Size Bed, patio doors to pool deck, TV & DVD, ceiling fan, door to ensuite. Bedroom 2, the 'African Room' has a Queen bed, large closet, LCD TV/DVD player, ceiling fan, door to ensuite. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, closet, LCD TV and ceiling fan.  Bedroom 4 is a twin room with 2 single beds as Bed 3.  It also has a closet, LCD TV and ceiling fan.  Bedroom 3 & 4 share a bathroom which is between the two.

The master bedroom ensuite is impressive in size with its huge walk-in closet, seperate toilet, bath, shower and twin basins.  Bathroom 2 is ensuite to the African bedroom.  It has a large shower, twin basins and private door to pool deck.  Bathroom 3 again has a really large shower, basin, toilet, and is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4.

Our games room is situated in the large double garage.  it contains a Football table, and pool table which quickly converts to give you a flat top for 'air hocky'.

One of the largest pools and pool decks you will come across in any villa.  Ample new sun loungers, with extra pool deck chairs and semi-loungers and table for outdoor dining.  Sun rises directly to the back of the pool deck giving sun most of the day in and around the pool area.

There is lawn surrounding the entire villa, with a conservation to the rear of the home behind the pool.

there is a cot and a baby car seat available at no extra cost.  both items are as new and located in the wardrobe of bedroom 4

Our first trip to America was simply delightful, from the amazingly helpful owner down to the small details that make a stay magical like the very warming welcome pack. The property is one of the best we have ever seen and feels like home from home. my Wife and I had a 2 week honeymoon here, but would definately return with the whole family as the house is very spacious, including the wonderful outisde area and pool. We really couldnt wish for more. With parks and shopping close at hand the Villa is extremely well situated, in a relaxed area of Thousand Oaks. The Villa is spotless and really does have to be seen to be beleived. All our thanks go to Mr Collins and his wife for such a memorable and amazing first trip to America, thank you so much.

We stayed at thousand oaks, for our honeymoon and we could not of wished for a more perfect villa. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. We were provided with lots of really useful information of places to visit, and the directions that we had were brilliant. This villa is 10/10 in every way.

My family & I stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in August 2009. It was our third visit to Orlando. The property offered excellent value for money, priced less than many inferior 3 bedroomed villas. We found all the information to be very accurate and we had a fantastic holiday. The villa was ideally placed to easily access all the Theme Parks and main shopping outlets. The Villa had a well laid out interior, good decor, excellent furnishings, well maintained and very spacious. The pool and deck area are both extremely large, private and not overlooked, unlike other Orlando villas we have experienced. Thousand Oaks is a lovely, quiet community. We received exceptional customer service from start to finish and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, you will not be disappointed. If we book for Florida again this will always be at the top of our list. Thank You

We had extremely good directions to the property which after a long flight is invaluable. The property is in a fantastic location, easy access to the parks and to a good range of restaurants and supermarkets etc. The property iteslf is in immaculate condition, very clean, spacious with all the amenities you could want from televisions in all bedrooms to games room and swimming pool and jacuzzi. Our favourite restaurants were the outback and carrabas. We would recommend this villa to anyone as we were not disappointed with any aspect of this vacation.

I stayed in Tonys accommodation. The place was immaculate. Everything we had hoped for and more. There was nothing more that could be improved upon. Would certainly stay again though I am one of these people that I like to do somehting different every holiday and am not very good at returning. However if I could get a cheap flight and in need opf some winter sun, I would definitely return. Wish we had opted to have the pool heated - but that was our fault!!
