The villa has cable television with over 100 channels and free internet (please bring your own laptop) and free telephone. There is a BOSE sound system, so bring your Ipods. The villa comes fully equipped with high chair and travel cot and beach towels. The villa is fully air conditioned and like all the bedrooms, the living room has a ceiling fan and also has a sofa bed and direct access to the pool deck.
The Shire at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities. As you enter West Haven, you drive down beautifully manicured driveways, maintained throughout the year with new shrubs for each season. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Shires is the newest of the subdivisions on the estate, built around a small central conservation area. The Shire at West Haven is a small gated community. Rental rates additional information
Pool heat £ 70.00 per week it is advisable to have pool heating from November to March this must be requested at the time of booking.
Any booking must be confirmed by forwarding a Security deposit of £ 250.00 together with a completed booking form. The full balance to be received 10 weeks prior to departure, The Security Deposit is to be a separate cheque which will be returned approximately 2 weeks after your departure from our villa following an inspection from our management company. For bookings within 10
weeks of departure, the full amount together with the Security Deposit fee is paid at time of booking. This Villa is family owned with no mortgage so you can book knowing we guarantee your stay once confirmed unlike many villa's in Florida which are being repossessed leaving holiday plans in ruin.

Quality holiday villa
This was our fifth visit to Orlando, and by far the best villa we have stayed in. Everything still looks brand new, it was very modern inside and well equiped, the estate was very well kept, a peaceful location that we felt secure in. Thank you so much.
