The villa hosts a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area that you will not be disappointed with.
With HDTV, DVD/Blu-Ray and games console kids big and small will be entertained. We have also included a games room offering pool and air hockey.
The Shire at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities. As you enter West Haven, you drive down beautifully manicured driveways, maintained throughout the year with new shrubs for each season. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Shires is the newest of the subdivisions on the estate, built around a small central conservation area. The Shire at West Haven is a small gated community. Travelling from the UK, you will feel like your home from home, with road names, Dorset Drive, Devon Drive, Norfolk Drive and Essex Place to name a few! The dream house in the dream location.
What can I say, we have stayed in a number of villas in Orlando and two in the shire but this house has been by far the best. We couldn't of asked for more. Part of me doesn't want to share this beautiful house with anyone, lol. Angela and Stewart were so helpful and really nice. We have now found our regular house in Orlando. Thanks once again for your excellent home and service.

Christmas 2011
On our arrival on the 14th of December 2011 after a long tiring Virgn flight with no entertainment and a delay in getting our hire car all thoughts were that it could be a jinxed Christmas.
After leaving the airport the weather was hotter than normal for the time of year and the roads were quiet with a touble free transfer to the shire so maybe things were not as bad as we thought.
Then after pulling onto the drive and opening the front door all our party were blown away as previous photographs had not done the villa enough justice!
Clean, spacious, modern, well equipped and a Christmas tree which our grand daughter whooped with delight at!
The spar, pool and deck area were also well equipped and very clean. Even without pool heat the water was welcoming for this time of year and enjoyed by all.
The weather remained hot up until christmas with the villa a welcome retreat from the baking heat. With the kitchen so well equipped it was an ease to prepare and serve a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings.
Now it was time to leave and everyone felt sorrow as the villa had become a true home from home!!
Thank you Angela and Stewart from early enquiry through to departure you were genuinely a pleasure to deal with and your villa was second to none and I hope all your future guests look after it and value the high standards you have set and we can truely recommend it 100%.

First Class Accomodation ( Best Yet)
Having Rented 7 different properties over the last 10 years in Orlando The Shire at West Haven comes out top.
Everything you would need and good quality .
Good location for access to parks and Perfect for access to good golf courses
For Golf try Champions Gate , Shingle Creek , but for excelent quality at a good price Southern Dunes is unbeatable.

Best of the Best
We have stayed in many villas in the past 12 yrs of visiting Orlando but this one is truely the best in every way. Ideally located 1 mile from Championsgate, 10-15min drive to disney, easy location to the I-4 only 45 mins to Busch Gardens.
The house is situated on a quiet gated community and visitors have access to club house pool, gym and tennis courts.
The Villa is simply perfect the owners are lovely people to deal with and have put a lot of thought into equipping the villa to suit every persons needs. From welcome pack, fully equipped games room with TV and ipod tower, x box(great for the kids - old and young!) even hair straighteners!!. Bedrooms and decorated to a high standard and the open planning living area extremely spacious.
We loved the pool deck which received sun all day long and the spa and pool are perfect. We even watched the sun set whilst cooking steak on the BBQ. The owners have clearly sourced an an excellent management company the villa was immaculate on arrival and they too were excellent to deal with. We have certainly found a winner and are currently looking to return in 2012.

Great Villa, Great Location
We have visited florida for the past 20 years and stayed in villas in many different locations but this villa was one of the best.It is in a great location and well furnished and equipped by the owners, they have thought of everything to make guests stay comfortable. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to be back again later on in the year.

***The Perfect Florida Villa!***
We stayed at this beautiful brand new villa for 15 nights 17/3/2011 - 01/4/2011 and we cannot say enough good things about it, its owners, and the management company. It is located a very short drive thru the main gates at Champions Gate and is immaculate condition. It is fully loaded with all essential items and the owners have gone to a lot of trouble to make this villa feel like a home-from-home! Very safe community, alarmed, excellent location from Disney (10 min driving to gates) close to all shops and round the corner (by car) to a Walgreens, Publix, Chili’s, BP petrol station. This was our 15th trip to Orlando, our 4th in a pool/villa - this has been the best by far because it actually felt like home! We did not want to come home. In summary... Perfect Home, Perfect Owners, Perfect Weather (almost), Perfect Holiday! We will definitely be back!!.

Vacation to Florida Feb 2011
Really nice villa near Champions gate where you have everything from nice restaurants to a good sized supermarket.It has a private pool and is very well furnished.We have stayed in many villas and this is up there with the best,it also has the extra little touches..like sat nav for the hire car and tennis rackets for the courts at the clubhouse.we liked it so much we have booked for 3 weeks in the summer...cant wait
