The Shire at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas to rent located just off HWY54 in Davenport Florida. West Haven is a large estate made of six smaller communities. As you enter West Haven, you drive down beautifully manicured driveways, maintained throughout the year with new shrubs for each season. West Haven is close to Champions Gates golf club and hotel, where you have restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket on your doorstep. The Shires is the newest of the subdivisions on the estate, built around a small central conservation area. The Shire at West Haven is a small gated community. Travelling from the UK, you will feel like your home from home, with road names, Dorset Drive, Devon Drive, Norfolk Drive and Essex Place to name a few! Holiday
Had a fantastic time at this villa, was very spacious and fully equipped. If going back to Florida in the future we would return to the villa and i would certainly recommend it to family n friends!

Perfect Vacation Getaway
Our first visit to Florida and like the previous reviewer we took time to find a villa that suited us and we made the right choice! Bryce (the owner) could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The villa is tastefully decorated and was spotless on our arrival. It is a nice size and it was also nice to all be on the one floor. The villa is in a new estate very close to all amenities and only 15 mins from the parks. Coming back to the villa after a day at the parks was such a welcome respite, so peaceful and private, will definitely recommend to our friends.

Nothing else to wish for!
Our family of 4 has stayed in this beautiful villa twice now (2010, 2011) and we've already re-upped for a third visit next year! Booking through the owner was hassle-free, even from overseas. The Shires and West Haven community is beautiful, safe, extremely well-maintained and very close to chain restaurants, groceries, shopping, and recreation. Inside and outside the villa appears new, very clean, and nicely decorated. What a joy to have separate bedrooms, kitchen facilities, and our own private pool and hot-tub! All the comforts of home, except better decorated and in FLORIDA! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and have to many friends. You just can't take our week!

**Fantastic Villa!**
We have stayed at this beautiful villa twice over the last two years, and would highly recommend it to anyone. The home is fantastic, with luxury furnishings and everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Correspondence with the owner Bryce was second to none, very accomodating, nothing is too much trouble. The villa is spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, a credit to the owners. The Shires is in an excellent location, very central and close to all the attractions, with some lovely restaurants close by.
Having visited Orlando yearly for the past 16 years, and stayed in many villas in various locations, this is by far the nicest and best! Thank you

Perfect Villa
This was our first trip to Orlando so we spent some time looking for the right villa, in the right location. we could not have chosen better, the villa is perfectly situated in a quite estate which gives you a chance to chill out and relax after a busy day at the parks. it's only a mile or so from a well stocked Publix supermarket, restaurants and take aways. DisneyWorld is about 15 minutes drive via the I4 which is a short drive away via champions gate. The villa itself is very clean, well equipped and well furnished. the pool is excellent. communications with the owner, Gilles was excellent, any query or question was answered without hesitation. overall the villa played a very big part in a very memorable holiday. highly recommended.
