The Shire at West Haven - New 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Villa

The villa has both formal and informal family-sized lounge areas.

The formal lounge adjoins the formal dining area and features luxurious 'Durapel' sofas and chairs.

The informal lounge is off the kitchen area and features a large sectional sofa, large flatscreen TV, High definition digital viewing box, and state of the art home entertainment system with ipod dock. 

The kitchen is luxuriously appointed with cherrywood cabinetry, granite worktops throughout, and stainless steel appliances.

Adjoining the kitchen area is a breakfast nook with coordinating table and chairs.

In between the kitchen and the games room is a large utility room with large American washer and separate dryer, ironing facilities. There is also a freestanding clothes dryer for use.

The formal dining area features a large 8-seat dining table and chairs.

Two master bedrooms, one with a furnished balcony overlooking peaceful and beautiful conservation ground; perfect for those early morning cups of tea/coffee and peaceful reading.

Main master has a king size bed, second master has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs. All the bedrooms feature luxurious bed linens and comforters.

Both master bedrooms have en-suite facilities featuring walk-in showers, jetted spa tubs,  modesty closets and double sinks. The main master bathroom has a large walk-in closet, and the second master features a large closet.

Each of the twin bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom, with bath, shower, sink, and wc facilities.

Luxurious white cotton towels are provided throughout.

A well appointed games room featuring an 8-foot slate bed pool table with professional pool hall lighting and overhead fan, 'Viper' professional air hockey table with arcade lighting, electronic darts board, and equipment for using the communal tennis courts.

The villa has an oversized south-east facing pool with 'Coloursplash' pool lighting and lanai (part covered) with large outdoor table and chairs. In addition, there are four full size, poolside loungers, and a large gas barbeque.

The pool overlooks peaceful conservation ground and gets the sun from sunrise until about 5pm.

Poolside towels are supplied for use on the pool deck.

The pool can be heated in cooler weather for an additional charge. Please note that the weather can be unpredictable during the winter months, (November to March), and occasionally the temperature can drop below 55 degrees making it difficult to maintain the pool temperature. For this reason, pool heating cannot be refunded.

The Shire at West Haven is a secure gated community, in close proximity to Champions Gate, the Interstate 4, and the US27.

The villa has a monitored security system and is positioned on a conservation lot commanding beautiful views to the rear. The garden is planted to be very aesthetically pleasing, and there is a two-car driveway at the front.

The villa has wireless internet access, and a printer is provided for guests to use.

The villa is equipped with a travel cot and bedding, high chair, baby listening devices and a stroller.

No pets allowed.

We have just returned from our second visit in two years to this comfortable immaculate villa. Peter and Linda are a joy to deal with and the villa is absolutely gorgeous and very well equipped. The location couldn't be better, within easy reach of Disney etc but in a peaceful relaxing setting. Next time we visit Orlando we will do our best to ensure that we book our flights when this villa is available - we definitely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

We have just spent an amazing 3 weeks in Florida, at this Villa which was absolutely immaculate. Everything is to a very high standard & quality. We have never walked into somewhere which was so clean & well equipped. We arrived with 4 tired children & immediately felt so comfortable & at home. We were very sad to leave. We would hIghly recommend the villa, It's situated in an ideal location for the parks & beaches,malls etc with all amenities within easy reach, but, you can then return to a calm & relaxing haven. Linda & Peter couldn't of been anymore helpful. We are already planning our return, Thank you again Shelley & Kevin

This villa totally exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully presented and very clean. The immediate surroundings are very quiet and well kept. The villa is located 5 mins from the I4 which made for very easy commuting to all the attractions. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening. The pool was ideal after a day at the theme parks or shopping. The nearby Publix supermarket was very handy. Linda has been extremely helpful and informative throughout.

We spent a wonderful week in this absolutely fabulous villa while in FL and going to Disney and the Kennedy Space Center. This villa had everything we needed, including plenty of room for everyone. The owners were wonderful to work with and this villa is now our top choice anytime we go to Orlando!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you would ever need or want for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern conveniences, the furniture beautiful, the tv's were current, the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to our friends and family. We hope to stay there again. Thank you to the Morris Family!

Hi Linda Just letting you know that we had a fantastic holiday, your villa is the best we've stayed in. The boys were always in the pool, Josh the youngest loved it! We are a family of five with children aged 12,8 and 5.We stayed in this villa in June 2010 and it was absolutely fantastic! Very big,clean and comfortable. The drive to the parks was roughly 15-20 mins which we relly liked because it gave the kids a rest on the way home but also it was lovely and quiet so we could easily relax. Peter and Linda were extremely helpful leading up to the holiday and we would highly recommend this villa. We will definately be going back again when we have saved up enough money!
